@ farmtech, for your DOC beddings, I would advice you use dry wood shavings(not sawdust) covered with layers of newspaper to avoid the mold problem.

Well done OP. So am thinking instead of rice hull for bedding why no use saw dust? I think better though. Atleast from 3 weeks and for the brooding house you can get old newspaper which you ll have to change like every other day. My opinion though.

Newspaper will soon become slippery and this can cause leg deformation like spraddle leg. I use rice hull at the young stage bc I'm sure they're free of chemicals. But once they're like 2 months, I use wood shavings, not sawdust.

I know how you can prevent excess farting after eating beans.

Just soak the beans is water overnight or for like 8hrs. Drains the water and wash it. Boil it for few minutes (but don't allow it to get done) and drain away the hot water. Wash the beans again and cook as normal.

If that is the case, the prophet is correct bc pdp won. There was massive rigging in the north with small children even voting. The evidence was all there but to avoid blood shed, Jonathan decided to listen to "the word of God" and step down.

Gas brooder is used to supply heat when they're young. As of now I don't know where to get it, but I'll ask an animalcare affiliate and vets where to get it.

l am really okay with pigs. l did visit a pig farm some months back and was so impressed as the owner feeds them from fodders he grow hudroponically. There were looking so robust like yahoo boys! How do you see also feeding poultry birds with earthworms?

Earthworm is good for them. I plan doing that when I set up an integrated farm. Space is needed to grow large number of them. I'll be doing it in small scale for the main time.

You mean the DOC test? You take some chicks to an animal lab. No I don't inject/vaccinate myself, but I plan doing so with next batch. The expense will be included in my update.

You're right somehow bc of their delicate nature compare to pigs or fish. But it helps if you start small and grow, learning along the way. Going for training will also help a lot, if it is a good one.
