Quick question is 3.7kg big? That's what my daughter weighed at birth (40weeks).
Seem like all these measurement with late scan causes unnecessary alarm
Anyways most important is mom and baby are fine. Congrats again |

anonymousmum: Just curious...do people still do this though? i.e travelling with items that belongs to strangers well, its a piece of paper, not like a suitcase or something. Also, air hostesses do it for a fee, which is usually cheaper than courier |

bbiz: Thanks I guess this is a new info to me and i really do appreciate the info. The first time I traveled with United air to nija with my baby, I was told by my agent to pay for sit for my baby . He also said that is why I should request bassinet because of my entitlement.
So good to know where have researcher over here ooooooooooooooo. Good job if your baby is less than 2 you don't need to pay for a seat for the baby, but the baby must board with his/her ticket. Now this ticket is not free and is usually 10% of your own fee. This ticket entitles you to a bassinet which you have to request for. But whether you are using it or not,. your ticket price remains the same, hence we have all been saying that the bassinet is FREE. Since the airline is giving you this bassinet for FREE, there is no need to carry your own travel bed. Glad to know we are all on the same page now. i guess its your agent that confused you. cheers |

customised87: No,u wont buy a full seat for a baby. The bassinet is placed infront of the mother's seat, thats why mothers with infants that want to use the bassinet are assigned the bulkhead seats on the plane. You can see some pictures on google. we are asking about the travel bed she mentioned not a bassinet, we know where the bassinet will be....maybe you read back to understand the conversation |

bbiz: Hello Moms, I have been reading and i just have to ask? Why are moms paying for Airline bassinet they might not use? Anyway, I paid for my first baby and didn't really use it. I later found out that all i needed was my travel baby bed i bought for about $39 would have done a perfect job carrying my baby to nija lol. Seriously all you need is the travel baby bed it is affordable and can be carried along side with your carry on. Wish you all a safe travel back home. The bassinet is free o! You don't need to pay a dime for it Where will you put this travel bed? Does that mean you will buy a full seat for the baby |

twingirls: Pls, can I pay for my ticket directly to BA office instead of GTB? If yes, any idea of their office address? I have to pay by 2mao.
I have also booked on travelstart, my fear is the probability of difficulty in choosing my seat since I will be needing bassinet on my return leg. Pay at Gtbank You won't have any problems booking a bassinet or a seat choice. All that can be done online with your booking reference All my ba flights Iv never gone to ba office for any reason It's on ur returned when you have your baby with you and have booked the baby's ticket that u can request for a bassinet |

Anywayz, i called them again and after searching their systems ova & ova, they didn't find any record/bills for my wife. The woman then asked if my wife took an epidural. I said No, that it was a normal delivery. She then said if an epidural wasn't administered there wouldn't be any bill from them. I told her that my wife took medication for the pain but she said that wasn't 4rm them. So i'm guessing i'm free there...... Ur wife dint take an epidural, so what have you been chasing since Epidural is optional in vd but compulsory in c-section. So did she or didn't she? Sounds like you aren't sure Either ways if nothing was found on their system; I will just move on you can't manufacture records. |

The anaesthologist bill hadn't arrived b4 I left even after many many calls.. My host is still on it though and would let me know when she receives it just checked my reciept. i paid $606 for NICs....baby stayed 3 days and was treated for Jaundice . for The anaesthologist bill, i paid over the phone, the day i finally got thru to someone and they sent me my zero balance promptly. the person's email that sent the zero balance is Candice.Morris@usap.com i remember they said after a month the $850 discount wont apply agaion and you will have to pay the full fee, which going by the reciept i got then (2014) was $5,940 hope this helps. |

Cuz of the way agents and drs were taking advantage of vulnerable women, same way it has become on this thread now because of the active promotion of pms |
