@Justwinnie....its not gd to skip meals true but as long as you eat breakfast you are good to go...that is the most important meal of the day as it jump starts the metabolism after hours of inaction )sleep) and ensure your body doesnt go into starvation mode

it depends. there are two options:

Standard Delivery (free): you will have to go to the nearest post office to pick it up...if you spend more than 100pounds, you will pay custom fee but its negligible...i think i paid about 3k custom fee for an order of 300 pounds

Express Delivery (20pounds): this is by DHL they will deliver to your doorstep...if you have any order over 200pounds you will pay custom fee (which i hear maybe outrageous) because DHL staff connive with custom officers so just try and keep it below 200pounds.

@ all July ends tomorrow...i dont think this month brought forth what we prayed for...we had only one BFP announcement (smokey drunkey)

We also had an unusual flood of marital problems from cheating stories to divorce stories, etc....

We have also had sickness stories

We need to fast and pray for august to bring forth our BFPs, pray for our dh, for our marriages and our fellow sisters who need our prayer now than ever

@atonementchild...well yeah if you have done a sperm analysis and are trying to boost tbe count..but its a gamble...it works wonders for some and doesnt for others...someone said it actually reduced her dh's count

@sure i second iyabetajos....you may also cut out fat from your food. Use olive oil if at all you must

Eat more of beans, unripe plantain, vegetable, boiled potato (sweet is healthier than irish), eat wheat bread instead of white bread. Boil your egg and throw out the yolk instead of frying it

@amy come and join us at the weight loss thread if u have pcos....i have a normal bmi of 24.2 but i hear a little weight loss helps regulate one's period and ovaries if they are polycytic

@justwinnie it depends....if you dont have problems with high prolactin then sucking may not be an issue....the funny thing is my brother and i are 11 months apart.....my mum was told cuz she was breastfeeding she couldnt concieve...but she never even got her period after giving birth cuz 2 months later she was pregNnt with me
