Please I need help, I went to collect my Passport at TLS Abuja after 45 days of doing my biometric and waiting, when I go there I discovered my passport is ready for collection, after collecting it, I checked inside no visa stamped and no letter to acknowlege whether or not why my visa was not stamped or if am refused visa, I didn’t get any email to that effect at all, please guru in the house help me, am depressed.

Good evening house, I did my biometrics on 8th of October and since then I haven't seen any mail whether refusal or approval. It's almost 2 months now. Although I was refused September this year and I reapplied the following month October. Please what should I do

Uk won’t reject you if you have been given UK visa in the past and you didn’t violate any Uk rules plus you came back at the right time for the previous visa issued .

There is a particular waiver for people issued visa in the past who never violated any Uk rule

Please correct me if I’m wrong. From the looks of things, if your visa is refused, you will first get an email explaining the reasons for your refusal (based on the refusal letters posted here. They all said they got an email before getting passport collection mail).
BUT if you don’t get a refusal mail before passport collection email, it’s most likely that you were granted a visa.
Am I correct to assume this?

I’m actually in your situation but I’ve not gotten ppr from Canada yet hence my chilled disposition and I hope ppr comes when my passport comes from this my Uk people because how I go do am?

I think you should contact the visa office that worked on your Canada TRV and try to seek an extension. Explain your situation to them .
Another thing is -
Send a email to the Uk people , call them , email the visa offices directly. I can avail you the email I used to send additional documentation to New Delhi. Just explore every option listed!

You can’t cancel your application now because the procedure takes15 working days which will be counterproductive to this cause.
Finally let’s hope it comes out tomorrow.

Can a 6months standard UK visa be used to make double entry into UK?

Lets say a person gets a 6months standard UK visa for the purpose of sitting for a professional exam. The visa starts from 1st Jan 2022 to expire on 30th June 2022 . Then he travels to UK in Jan 2022, writes the exam and comes back to Nigeria.

Can he use the same UK visa to re-enter UK in June 2022 to write another exam which was not stated in the first visa application without re-applying for a second standard UK visa?

same here, I applied with my husband on the same day, out passports were in the same jacket. We got updates simultaneously except for collection mail which I got last week while his is still at DMC when tracked.

November 4th: Email that my application has been received and is under processing.

November 18th: The processed visa application for GWf………. Was forwarded to UK visa and immigration.

Please I don’t understand the email, who does it means? ( “The Processed visa application”)

A friend applied for visitors visa and had biometric just on wednesday 10th November. he paid for priority which is 5 working days and he got his decision today, which is just 2 working days after biometrics. unfortunately he was refused.
i applied for visitors visa and i am undergoing the normal 15 working days. my 15 working days will be up nextweek tuesday and i am yet to hear from them on my decision.
please my question is someone said with uk if they delay in giving a decision it means it is mostly refusal. and they do not delay if they will actually give you the visitor. please is this true??

I am seriously in need of help. My KLM flight to UK is scheduled for Thursday 11th but my passport is with France embassy for Transit Visa.

I did my biometrics on Friday and just received a message from them that my application was just sent to France Embassy today. Please is it possible for me to get it tomorrow? If no, what can I do ?

Hello, please I cancelled a UK visa application and did a fresh one and paid again because of a mistake on the previous form and I asked for a refund, it’s exactly a month now and I still haven’t gotten any follow up email is that normal? The first email I got said if my request to cancel is approved I’ll be refunded in the next 28 days that follow.. does it really take more than a month just to decide to cancel the application alone asides refund? I tried to reach them but I’m told I have to pay for that too, pls anyone with similar problem pls advice, thanks.

Ok. Does this suggests they can issue 2 years visa on 1 year passport? And when the passport expires and I get another one, I can travel with it using the old visa?

Hi guys, please help. I don't know what to do any more; I got a mail about a month ago that my uk visa application was successful, that I will hear from tsl on how to collect my documents. i.e I should not contact my visa application center until I'm told to do so. Since about a month now, I have not hear or gotten any mail on how to get my passport and visa. I'm getting really tired and confused. Does any one have an idea on how to go about it??

My son is a student in Canada. My wife had applied for visit visa since June, 2020 that was before my son travelled. Do we need to reapply for my wife since her situation has changed?

Her request for travel authorization was declined:
"Based on our assessment of your recent enquiry, we cannot process your request as you have not provided sufficient evidence that you meet an exemption criterion and/or that your travel to Canada is non-discretionary, per the travel restrictions implemented to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID‑19) in Canada.
Even though you do not meet an exemption criterion and/or your travel has not been deemed non-discretionary, your application will now be put on hold until after the travel restriction pause has been lifted."

I'm not sure what to do at this point. Kindly help!

Hello All, I am in the process of filling my visa application and I need your guidance Sir’s.

Please, in my application section on travel history, the UKVI asked the following questions:

1. Have I ever travel to the UK or outside my country of residence in the past 10 years
Please sir’s, I travel to the UK on a student visa in September 2009 and I stay there for 8 years till I return in 2018. So by my calculations is more than 10 years now I travel based on my assumptions. Do I have to fill this travel history as part of the last 10 years the UKVI is asking about.

2. Have you been issued a U.K. visa in the last 10 years.
I was only issued a U.K. in September 2009, which I used to travel to the U.K. and by my assumptions, it is over 10 years now. Do I have to fill all these as part of the 10 years question that the UKVI is asking.
