The Turn around maintenance for the refineries started late last year/early this year when it started becoming obvious of PDP's inevitable doom and eventual defeat....he had nearly SIX YEARS as President to do this. You cannot fool EVERYBODY.

Can your degree from the university of Lagos or ibadan get you a job in Chicago? Our certificates are considered inferior(despite the hell we go through to obtain them) because the standard of education has fallen.
This isn't the time to dwell on sentiments my dear friends. Our children's lives, future and destiny is tied to this country, that's why God chose us to come to this world as Nigerians. Let's start asking ourselves some very hard questions and stop all sentiments. Then we will start to move forward.
