Coming to ogbeni aregbsola's cv, its clear d man was also a drop out, dat is y his highest qualification obtained is waec. If he had OND or HND, trust me he would hav presented it. Am not saying him been a waec holder makes him a bad leader, buh let's make one tin clear, he neva graduated 4rm any higher institution.
Also looking at his achievement as a commissioner for 8 yrs, I don't tink dere is anytin worth noting. The guy was just dere to obey oga tinubu and loot d state money shikina.
Exactly. He was in poly Ibadan for a while but never finished. Might be due to finances though so I repent of abusing him for this. Chineke god please forgive me. Amen.

bong4: my brother, i think we should be tired of paper qualification but performance. We have alot of MBAs, ICANs etc mismanaging our economy. How many mechanical engineers can differentiate between an injector or carburetor. Don't judge a man only by what he is but also by what he has done.
And what has Mechanical Engineering got to do with injector and carburettor you twit. If you have no idea how a profession works ask Google

Again I repeat to you hysterical goons Aregbesola is a HONORARY engineer which is different from a properly qualified professional. Se e ti gbo? O su mi o.

LtCZAR: Please from Ogeni Rauf's CV. I would sayit cannot be compared to that of sen Omisore.

But as a member of COREN. I can specifically to you my Fellow Nairlanders that he is an Engineer.
But what still baffales me is that how can one be in detensionfor 2years and still contest for the post of a SENATOR.. Please someone explain!!
Aregbesola is an HONORARY member of NSE/COREN. It is done by nearly all professional bodies and universities. You don't even have to go to school before getting an honorary award.

Does a cursory membership of COREN make one a fellow?

To my dear peeps in Osun State. The election is just one month away , please listen to me. In these times , it is always important to examine the brains of politicians before putting them in charge of human beings. many of them are animals that should be in zoo, and some of them are actually psychiatric cases. Will you put a psychiatric patient in charge of your children's education, in charge of your health , in charge of developing your town, in charge of providing employment? Be warned, VOTE WISELY grin grin grin grin

django1: I did not say I want to buy any tablet or is it that you don't understand that simple question?

So, government buys textbooks for senior secondary school students in times past, right?
aresa: Why should I tell or explain to you the demented fallacy and made up trash you saw in your dreams? Makes no sense
So government was not buying books in the past ? Why is it doing so now with opon imo ifa ? Why is it doing so selectively and some schools have and most don't have? The objective of the tablet project is to enrich a few people at expense of state education budget is that not so ? Anyway I will discontinue this discussion. It is clear that you are employed in Osun Civil service or you are one of the hanger-on of aregbesola
Politics › Re: Aregbesola, Opon Imo And future of Literacy In SW by felifeli(op): 12:37am On Jul 10, 2014
aresa: Actually, he asked valid questions based on your mindless and irrelevant rants about published books and the program overall.

You in fact skipped the question about buying published books which they are still allowed to buy so again, your rant was senseless. And I don't even see the meaning of double expenditure because it's either you have Opon Imo or physical textbooks, not both at the same time per student.

Think and read your read your rubbish before hitting submit..
Oh did ogbeni tell you too that he bought tablets with his father's money? That man can lie o!
Tell me what was his stated objectives for tablets if students still have to go buy books? Purpose defeated or still being inadequately pursued?

django1: Oga I asked a question pls answer. Was the Opon Imo sold to our students? Were they also forbidden from buying textbooks?
huh huh huh
LOL Foolish question. How can you buy tablets with government money, which is the people's money and then sell it to students , who are the people? Are you a thief ? You seem to have criminal mind. Better don't try it or kirikiri for you. As someone has mentioned, the tablets are not even in most schools anyway so children still buy books - double expenditure.

ope2711: My question is this; where are these OPON IMON? I'm working in secondary school as a non teaching staff, we have about 1000 students in my school and they brought 18 OPON IMON to the school in which they came back after few days and get them back. And about 12% of the schools were selected throughout the state and almost 88% were abandoned on this project. @op, OPON IMON can not destroy the publish industries because it is just a propaganda..... It will soon become an history!

expert101: Wonders shall never cease to happen. I thought Osun State and Ekiti State have intellectuals who are learned. Why are they not coming out to contest elections to rule their people.
Nigeria with their fish brain- this man Omisore has so many allegations and murder charges hanging around him; most especially for master minding the killing of Attorney General -Justice Minister years back.

How could Yoruba people start allowing people with bad records start contesting and winning elections when they should be in the prisons.

I was surprised seeing Fayose win after all the allegations and billions he stole, if this man(Omisore) wins I don't think there is hope for good governance in Nigeria.

We must come out to shun evil.

Long Live Nigeria!
The problem with ACN/APC supporters is that they are like little children who have no mind of their own. Once someone tells you another person is bad and gives you sweet , you never think again and just accept blindly. And you continue to believe the person is bad as long as they give or just promise you sweet. Your leaders have brainwashed you into accepting that Omisore killed Bola Ige, he is a murderer, thug, homo. sexual etc etc and you just accept without thinking How? Why? When? It is ok with you that the oga who gives us amala has said so. Even after the oga has died you continue to believe because you have been brainwashed. Zombie mentality. Please begin to think and not do follow-follow for life because of some crumbs from the table of politicians. We will remove APC from Osun State just to prove to you that Omisore can do better and that heis is not the kind of person you think he is. We will do so by ballot and if you people think to do otherwise for Aregbesola your messiah with your violent attitudes , we shall remove you with bullets. Be warned. The days of thuggery politics in Nigeria are numbered. Amen

abbas2: You have shown nothing but soundness of mind my bros.Governance has to do with deliverance on promises to people and running a visionary government.Despite the so called impressive CV,omisore is not aregbe"s match in the state of osun.Like a Yoruba proverb says it is what you are able to do that matters and not what boast of being able to do.No matter what the cv is to people everybody knows who omisore is.Anyway I wish him the best of luck as he prepares to contest election in osun state and not our own state of osun.He knows and PDP knows there is a lot of difference now.Candidly, how I had wish PDP uses another candidate then Aregbesola may feel it.
Stop talking trash. What were Aregbesola's achievements in Osun State before he became governor ? What makes you think someone else who also had no previous track record cannot do as much and even better. Stop this senseless local champion hero-worship and be objective . Firefire: I sense a foul play in Ogbeni Raufu using of WAEC results after claiming being an Engineer for years back.

What has happened? Does he not have even OND to be used?

This guy is a suspect
That is to say common trade school he did not even attend. I suspect he attended polytechnic for a few weeks , hence claim of OND, but couldn't cope so he became a contractor instead , using idan (muslim talisman) to get contract all over the place.

marv1: Nigerians forget too soon. Was it not a phd holder that was defeated in ekiti state as incubent gov by an hnd holder. Winning electn or ruling a state is nt by having phd. Its even an avenue to steal frm d poor and give to d elites. Is it a man that is moving about with masked body guards that is going govern a state. Pdp shud do better than this and nt sentiments and osun state people shud be diserning. Trouble is loom in that state but God forbid.
The only trouble that is looming will be if Aregbesola loses , which is certain. Never mind there will be thousands of armed forces on ground to make sure it doesn't get out of hand.
Is it a man who moves about with charms that should govern a state ? grin grin grin
I would rather be governed by a Phd holder with a larger vision rather than someone who thinks a computer tablet is the greatest wonder of the world , especially as it was supplied by his son at inflated cost and from the people' money grin grin grin

You are a brainless thing. You say Omisore masterminded killing of Attorney General -Justice Minister . Apparently you were there when he was masterminding it and therefore an accomplice. There is no hope for people like you anymore. Go and die.
Politics › Re: Omisore Accepts Open Debate With Aregbesola by felifeli: 8:35am On Jul 09, 2014
Aregbesola had better not attend the debate because that will be his Waterloo. The world will be faced with a real contrast in character - the good mannered gentleman versus the desperate and uncouth dramatist. In his usual style Aregbesola will be there whipping up sentiments and politicking instead of talking issues. He will be going there attempting to intimidate the opponent ala Mohammad Ali style. He is a common clown - see picture above . And for you all who say that Omisore is going about with armed guards , if Aregbesola is like the thug that he has shown himself to be then tell me what his less literate followers will be like. They will be no more than bloodthirsty hooligans. No wonder their boss told them not to forget their charms at home on voting day. I think Omisore should be given an entire battalion of soldiers to protect him from these desperate animals.
Politics › Re: Omisore Accepts Open Debate With Aregbesola by felifeli: 6:47am On Jul 09, 2014
texaco1: don't mind those apc guys, they must have thought that omisore will shy or run away from the challenge but now they are in a fix because the performance of aregbe will be thrown open for public scrutiny,I am so sure some of aregbe. Party members will be blaming the governor for throwing up such a challenge ,now the pressure is on apc.
All that the APC/ACN internet thugs are good for is character assassination and trying to intimidate other people with baseless violent accusations. Just imagine people saying over and over again that Omisore killed Bola Ige as if they saw him do it. Very regrettable from people who call themselves progressive. Of course many people thought Omisore didn't even go to school at all because the lying "progressives" have in their usual violent style been all over the world telling everyone that he is a common illiterate thug. Never mind we shall see the results of your shameless campaign in August. All of una go chop poison like somebody like this.
Politics › Re: Aregbesola, Opon Imo And future of Literacy In SW by felifeli(op): 4:35pm On Jul 08, 2014
DVanguard: You are the ignorant one here.
1.Is the user of Opon Imo able to load new books by themselves ? Yes and No. The Purpose is the question which is the reason for the tablet to be made not to access internet,No bluetooth and NO USB. Ekiti provided Compact Notebook (Mini laptop) they found out that most of the kids use the computer for extra curriculum activities which is goes contrary to its purpose. There are Secondary school students and the necessary books they need from past question of various exam to books are installed in the tablet. The books and the question paper are interface in the question and answer application.
2. Is the government able to change the books inside Opon Imo ? Absolutely yes. I repeat and will inform you if you like to know. The tablets can be used to write exams and test. How do you tend to input the exams or test if you cannot input data. Learn about OPon Imo before you comment on something you know nothing about.
3.Are the books in the Opon imo free ? Yes and No. Yes, in the sense that the students don't bother buying plenty books or any book again. NO, the government have paid the Nigerian accredited re-known publishers of Secondary schools books for the soft copies of their various text books that is installed in the tablet.
4. Can other publishers also supply books for putting in Opon ifa ? To inform you, there is nothing like Opon Ifa, we only have Ifa which is a book that discuss the history of Yoruba's. Not all books are incorporated in a device at the initial stage, there is always room for improvement and upgrade. I don't understand books that were recommended but was ignored. if they were, by who? and what is the story line of the book? Cos i don't want books like Mary Slessor stopped the killing of twins in Nigeria where we all know that twins exist in the western Nigeria since the existence of the Yoruba and the world in general except some remote places.
5. Can this system be called fair commerce ? Is there a level playing ground for all educational suppliers ? Was due diligence observed in the implementation of this educational SCAM ? Is there hope for other book suppliers to be included ?
All these question asked makes me know that you have no idea about what you are talking about. What is unfair commerce in this, giving the federal Government recommended Secondary Schools Publishers contract to produce books in a soft copy. With the current civilisation where every mainframe computers are reduced to tiny microcomputers that you still want to carry big books around. Am sure you are the type that go around with e-bible on IPAD arrogantly.

You brag that you have been using computer for 20 years that does not make you to have the technical know how. I can use anything to bet it you are a novice on computers or electronics. Think beyond your nose gee. We are in a technological age where people think the impossible. Can you imagine some one saying he does not know the relationship between Android and a Tablet. Chaiiiiiii deris GOD oooooooo
Self deception is a terrible mental disease. Anyway august 9 will decide. See you then. Bye.
