Funny the price was still high 1,650m
The impact was from behind, That's why the price is still high.

There is nothing wrong in buying accidental cars, to be on a safe side, go for cars that the damage is from behind.

Travel › Re: Moving Back To Nigeria After The Lockdown by femi4: 8:14am On May 23, 2020
JewelStone:
I'm not gonna lie...I miss Nigeria sometimes which makes me flirt with the idea of splitting my time there when my kids are older. I miss my family, my friends and the sense of community.

But then I remember lack of internet and electricity, horrific healthcare system, bad roads, bigotry, lack of value for human life, insecurity, police brutality, immense corruption, tribalism, crumbling or non-existent economy and a million other horrible things. This quickly resets my mind.

My solution which I'm currently working on is to bring my sisters and my best friend over to live in Sydney with me and make good living for themselves. Then I won't have any business with Nigeria anymore except to visit my parents every two years.

So to answer your question: no, nein, never!!!
I was hoping you're gonna give some people hope there about Nigeria with the way you start

Ebus12:
My fellow nairalanders
Good afternoon

I have been a member for close to a year now.... Even though I have been a guest for about 2 years before joining.

I have sought advice here twice and your advice has really helped a lot. Please help me once more my people

I just got admitted into a school in the south East while my parents live in the North.

My parents (my mum especially) pleaded with me to stay with her eldest sister and her children for a while, at least for my first year in school

I didn't want it at first ... But I had to agree just cuz of the way my mom was now on my neck.
She worried I knew nothing about the east.... She wanted me to get a bit used to the East

With the help of my dad..... She succeeded in convincing me to stay in her sister's house.

My first weeks in the house was quiet peaceful and fun not untill my cousin brother started looking for his biscuits

Funny right huh

It seemed funny that a 23 years old dude would turn out to be a devil just cuz of an ordinary 100 naira biscuits.
Mind you ... He is the only son
He asked everyone and everyone denied taking it. He asked me and I too denied it.... Cuz I didn't take it.

He beat hell out of me... Insisting I was the thief.
We became almost enemies and didn't talk to each other for about 2 months.
Aways from that ... We reconciled tho

But he still remained a trouble to my life
Always beating me as if am an animal.... He beats his sister too.

But it seems mine is worst
He has stopped me from sitting on a particular chair in the parlour.
He bullies me ... Telling me there is nothing I, my parents, or anyone can do to him.

I received the beating of my life today because the Tv remote got spoilted and he is insisting it's me. He accuses me of virtually everything that goes wrong in the house.

I'm getting sick, depressed and it's affecting me alot.

I don't want to disturb my mum about it ... It might cause problem between she and her sister
I don't want to be the cause of anyone's quarrel with another person.

I wish to go home. And I can't go back home now ... Cuz of the Corona virus and the inter state lockdown.

Please what do I do huh?
Help me out
He gets worst by the day.
The earlier you report him, the better for you. Stop dying in silence

so what are you saying essence, was Abraham and the ancients not followers of christ? If not then what were they?

Cos the ancient obeyed the law given to them and that was accounted unto them for righteousness just as the scripture puts in,Abraham for example, in galatians 3:6-7,23-25 had the law and followed it knowing it brought him and the ancient unto christ, they looked forward to Christ as the prophets did testify about that he was to come.
Like you said 'believe', they exercise faith in the law they had which was given them by God through prophets before Christ coming, cos all the part of the law was really pointing towards christ Sha, so what really will call the ancients if not Christians tho?

We followed christ, he in turn followed the Father, since he said he didn't come to do his will but the will of his father Sha.

Really want to get this your concept tho about the ancients not been Christians sha
The laws kills, it doesn't give life. On the Sabbath, Christ heal the sick. The law doesn't preach forgiveness if caught in adultery , Christ forgave the women caught in very act.

Our forefathers followed the law by slaughtering ram to make sacrifices to God but we as Christians don't need that again.

Abraham served God under the law. He was righteous and a servant of God. The word "Christian" was first associated with the people the followed Christ in the book of Act.

Act 11:26
And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass that for a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught many people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.

But we cant serve God in this dispensation using the law. We followed the precepts of Christ hence the name "Christian"

explain please , cos last time I checked Abraham followed Christ keeping the law of Moses knowing it was a schoolmaster to the coming of christ in the flesh and it was counted unto him for righteousness tho.
Christ didn't give us the law, he gave us the summary of the law

Thou shalt love thy Lord, thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind",

"And the second is like unto it, thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself."

Abraham believed God. "Believe" is the word there

He started brightly,I would say.
First, water is a poor conductor of electricity. It only even poorly conduct b'cause of the impurities(dissolved minerals) which implies a pure water(distil) would barely conduct any electric charge.
Second, answering the op questions directly we should understand the term current density, simply put it's a function of the surface area/volume of a material (medium) but in this case a flowing river. From this concept, current tends to zero the farther you're from the naked wire. You can only receive electrocution if you're close or within where the current density is suffix enough

No sane engineer/physicist will write that gibberish . Its only pure water that doesn't conduct. Water in its state as river is not pure

Please no insult o. I am not a saint so I just need to understand this question I asked. I am not in any serious relationship yet so I get to meet some girls once in a while and when we click fine we get to make out for fun. So I have observed that most of them always like to say "Thank you" after we make out and I keep wondering what the thank you is for because we both had the fun together and I also enjoyed myself. Is this something very common amongs girls?

I am against this, water is a bad conductor but the impurities in water is facilitator of its conductivity. Speaking of conductivity and resistivity in a body as large as a lagoon, it is never possible for the same current at point A, to be at point G or point Z. Remember that resistance also takes a measurement from length of the material, which will reflect on the resistivity of the material and then conductivity
Of the material. I am not a physicist but I didn't forget my little ideas in the university physics.

If a naked wire with current falls into a flowing river or lets say Lagos lagoon, will all parts of the lagoon electrocute when touch?

If it will not, please elaborate...I am interested in knowing why.
Water is a good conductor of electricity. A flowing one is even more dangerous, it can generate even a very high voltage.

You don't wanna try it
