I will suggest you wait till it is requested for, if that happens. I uploaded it upfront as I had multiple US visa rejections.
You are in NA2. You can try asking for your visa office if you haven't already done that.

Hello. What is your stream pls? Also did you have any ADR for a police report?

I had ADR for FBI PCC and I was at IP1 for 34 days. I called and I was told my application was at Ottawa, I asked about criminality and I was told it was not yet done. Seemed strange to me as well. This was after I had uploaded the FBI PCC almost 3 weeks after the ADR.

Suddenly, I moved to IP2 without the NA2 phase. I never called back to ask if it has been done.

Please be encouraged. Don't quit. You can apply for a remark of the listening section, it's just the wait is something else. But please do not quit.

i just got my GCMS notes today,
settlement funds was not properly updated......

what do i do?

Something similar happened to two members of another whatsapp group. One was rejected because of it, though he used 3/4 accounts to make up the POF, however he had greater than the required amount for his family size.

The other person requested GCMS notes, just like you, and noticed only one account, out of the two submitted, was reviewed. The account reviewed didn't have up to the required POF, but there was recommended pass. With no mention of the second one in the notes. Perhaps the officer looked at it but didn't type it. Of course it caused a scare as those who used multiple accounts got Worried.

The consensus was the officers are different and human as well, prone to make mistakes, and we should strive for as clear an application as possible. If the money can be merged in one account, pls do so. If not, no problem.

I am thankful, its for review and wasn't rejected. It's possible during review by another officer, the mistake is corrected. But Please don't lose hope. Raise a CSE with a detailed letter of explanation and the proof and see how it goes.

Hello. I sent an email to this address. Include your job title, responsibilities, type of establishment you worked with, and your educational qualifications.

They will get back to you in 24-72 hours. Ultimately the final decision to use the NOC suggested or not, is yours.

Hi. For the US PCC you will send your application to FBI. You can go to FBI identity history summary webpage and look up police staterooms in your area, where you go to get the finger prints done. It costs $5 for a card. You can submit up to five if you wish. Then you submit that with your application to FBI. The details will be on the website.

The important thing is when do you plan to leave the US? The FBI report takes 10-12 weeks from date of delivery at their facility. As long as you are back in Nigeria by the time FBI completes the report that is fine.

WES received response on verification from Unilag on Monday 11/9/2017. They still went ahead to state the evaluation will be due for completion on 29/9/2017.

Well, quite a number of people have gotten their report before the date stated by WES. So stay hopeful, it might be ready anytime before then.

Good afternoon house. Please help with these questions from a friend:
1. One of my banks (with my salary account) refused to give a letter that complies with CIC standards. I therefore withdrew the money, about CAD6500 to my other account. How do I prove that the money is mine and that it is not a lump deposit?

2. If I am able to prove the CAD6500, coupled with CAD3000 given to me via a gift deed, do I also have to prove the source of the other amount, given that I had some cash in the other account before?

It is believed to be asked of those with previous visa denials, however, there have been a few exceptions, where applicants without visa refusals were asked for it.

Actually not just for FBI PCC. It's for all PCCs

Apart from countries that CIC has to send request letter after eAPR before PCC can be done, FBI PCC is the only one that LOE is accepted for because the processing time is 10-12 weeks.Others must be included. As 90 days is more than sufficient to get them.

In fact a couple still got rejected for FBI PCC even though LOEs were attached. On further investigation the LOEs were attached in the additional documents placeholder, not under police certificate placeholder.

The first page of schedule A has information related to past visa refusals, with space for details.

It was noted to have been requested from those with past visa refusals making some people opt to include it upfront.

The child will need to be added as a dependent. So POF still needs updating. It will be a good idea to either marry now ( if it won't take CRS points below ITA draw score) or after AOR.

Once again, Thanks.

The form can be downloaded with adobe reader. Then you type your answers. At the end where you see signature, type in your name and date. Then print it out and sign with a black pen. Then scan it in PDF and upload.

People keep saying you must upload Ielts and ECA. Pls that's false. The only certificate required is your University degree certificate that was assessed during your ECA. I didnt upload my Ielts n ECA. However if you feel better uploading all no probs.

People have been denied in recent times for not uploading IELTS or ECA. It is best to upload them with your educational credentials to avoid stories that touch.

Yes your spouse also needs PCC.

Have you tried calling today? I haven't heard of this long before. I have heard of 24 - 48 hrs. Got mine within 3 mins of submission on a weekend.

Thanks, in anticipation of response from our able seniors.

I did not include the exact dates but I mentioned the no of times and the reasons. However, in the schedule A form, I mentioned the month and year.

You can go to studio 24 on allen...1500naira hardcopy, 1500naira softcopy. You can also use Fotokraft on opebi....hardcopy 1000naira, softcopy 500naira i think

Photo craft did not get the dimensions and size of the soft copy accurately. I just spent time and money. Eventually went to Studio 24.

I used the Report Number in the letter of my report as ECA number. Is there a difference?

It might be better to call WES and inquire if it is suitable for immigration . If you will need to update, this might affect the ITA.

Just got to any of the approved panel physicians and say you want to do upfront medicals.

Please have all your documents before you submit. Use the 90 days very well.
