2. Your current valid passport suffices, you don't really need to include expired ones.

3. List both qualifications and support with valid documents by uploading scanned copies of the certificates and also mention them in personal history. Don't forget to include your IELTS result, ECA...

Hmmm this FBI issue is a concern for me too. Finger prints card was delivered 9th of May. Imagine that!

My fingerprints got there early June. And ITA may 31st. I had done it previously but returned to the US, hence invalid. That was my reason for not doing it again as I was likely going back to US this June. Surprise surprise! ITA with CRS 413! Hence the rush to redo it. Hang on tight.. we are almost in Canny...

I have applied for FBI report for about 7 weeks now, but the fingerprints I took at Alagbon gives me cause for concern. The officer didn't use finesse at all. Whew! I pray they are usable because I can't wait for e-APR.

It is not false, to be eligible for EE, you must have at least 67/100 of the FSW programme. Fidelism do not qualify with 66. He/She needs to improve the IELTS score as GlitteringStar advised.

A score of 67/100 is needed to be eligible for FSW. You are very right.

To be eligible for express entry you need to get 67/100 points.

After determining your eligibility, then you will get CRS points based on age, education, work experience, IELTS results, single or married, etc. It is based on this score, that you will get an ITA if on or above cutoff of a draw.

Hello Fellow medical doctors in the house, pls help with this question. My friend got her ITA last draw with a CRS of 456. She was given 50 points in skill transferability for two or more post secondary degrees. She only has a medical degree straight from secondary school and no bachelors degree prior. Is this the usual or is this a mistake?

I don't think there is a need to wait. For my case, I got one but had to go to the US after then so when I got another ITA, I applied for it. I attached a letter of explanation to my PCC stating I have applied for one and the day after medical passed, I was given 2months to upload same. If she applies now, between when she gets ITA and upload the documents, the days for the FBI PCC is already counting.

My situation is similar to yours. I got the FBI PCC but I had to go back to the US. I got the ITA before reapplying for a new one, but I haven't done e-APR. I have been waiting for the FBI report for almost 8 weeks now. I wanted to submit with only proof of requesting but was advices to wait a little longer.

Personally, I would (infact I did) upload old and new passports. I uploaded only pages with immigration stamps (left blank pages out), and scanned the newest passport first, so it was at the top.

I see no harm doing this if you have nothing to hide in your old passport. It's better to give them more info (relevant info though) rather them requesting additional documents from you. This is solely my opinion.

Yes I got a letter from UBA. I just walked in to the closest UBA office and I explained to them and I got it. I don't have any contact there. Plus I don't see why ur POF cannot be transferred to your savings account.

I did my medicals at The children's practice this week. I got there after 10am and I was attended to(in fact some got there hours after I did and where seen). I requested for a copy of the medical result and was told to talk to the doctor. When I did, he seemed confused and said they only send to IRCC and do not give out. I would have gone to Q-life as someone has gotten a copy from there.

Has anyone gotten their bank ref letter from savings account with gtbank or UBA in Lagos? Please help with any contact person that can be of help in the banks. Can the POF also be transferred to a savings account? I was told 3m is too large to transfer to a savings account.

This is why I tell my clients. Upload only relevant documents. Old (expired) passport is no longer a valid document. Why presenting it? To show you are ajala travel? The VO might see that and just assume that was the passport uploaded and not see the current passport. I do not even travel with my expired passport, even with the multiple visas of countries on it. I always chuckle under my breath when I see people with 4 passports held together with rubberband. "Who are you trying to impress with your old passport" The immigration officer does not care or give a hoot.

You call still put a strong case forward that you uploaded a current passport and they will reconsider the cancellation. Draft the letter, I can help you review it and spice it up. Cheers

Hello. Please what do you advice regarding uploading pages of passport? ESpecially when it contains the visas of various countries one got PCC for? Do I upload the pages with those visas but not the data page? Or I dont upload anything in the old passport at all?

U cannot request for d result of ur CIC medical. It is my understanding dat d test include an x-ray, blood n urine test to check HIV, syphilis, hepatitis and blood sugar.

That's risky!! CIC has no chill these days.

Though they claim that you can submit evidence that you have started the process and then raise CSE later, I however wouldn't suggest that.....cos they still ve been rejecting people for this!!

FBI PCC is taking a long time now to get, so if you are not in the last phase of the FBI PCC application, it will affect ur eAPR.

If you have a high crs score, you can do what some others here on nairaland have done, which is to reject ITA and apply when they get the FBI PCC.

if you don't have good crs scores, they you can try ur luck and submit it with adequate evidence.

I hear gtb is difficult with the bank letter in required format for savings accts. However, people on this platform have been able to get it done. Just walk into your bank and request it. Preferably put your request in writing. The passport photo should be doable at any decent photo studio.

Eg- you schooled in uk from 2004 to 2008, this will show under personal history automatically if you entered it under education. If you made any trips from uk to naija, you fill that under travel history where you are allowed to type the reason for the trip as vacation.

My Overall Band was 8.5 out of 9..

Please be encouraged. It will pay off soon. I didnt realise though, that the speaking section is done in front of a screen. Mine was a one on one interview with an official! Just the two of us in a massive room and that is how it was for every single person.
