They are shocked that some countries enforce their laws unlike the shithole they come from.
An average Nigerian needs to undergo MK Ultra before being released into a decent society.

krissconnect: These past weeks, I've been reaching out to my friends who are abroad to help me with links or advices to move abroad too. But I discovered that none of them decided to help, instead they discouraged me either by saying, "it's difficult to move now or the country isn't issuing visa now".
One of my guy in CANADA defiantly ignored my text when I asked him for links or the route he used to move, the other in Korea said the country isn't issuing visa now but he recently moved back and another directly said that it's very hard to get visas now to travel. But one Asian American in the States gave me lots of links to move to the State and even encouraged me to move.
But then I don't understand why our African brothers over there will never encourage or advice someone willing to move. Is it envy or greediness or what? I've never had any of my guy abroad encourage me to move when I asked for advice. If things are difficult over there, why not come home?
NB: I never asked them for fund cos the money is available. Bro, as an old G for the game, the truth be say when most of these guys cross over to better country, they tend to relax; their mind no dey the hustle again. Them no dey game anymore. HOKIM: Food is R$58 oo... I wrote there bout some restaurants that will let you pay that fee to enter and then you can eat as much as you want but cant take nothing away.... for normal feeding , you should be spending between 3-4hundred reais, if you eat heavy like me...
Residence card for 30days?? Dont know who has been feeding you but If you are getting into Brazil with a visitor's visa or even any kind of visa and expect to get residence card in 30days, sorry be your name ooo..... hahahahahah... even for students or family reunion it could take awhile as the bureaucracies in Brazil is quite a stretch, talk more of who carry visitor's visa enter, I'm talking possible YEARS....
Best time to visit SP is anytime... you see?? With RIO and SP it's an anytime something... unlike other states.... it also depends on what you want to do. Nothing to do really.. just chilling . But I no needsun abeg. I have had enough of sun in 9ja. Can one be processing residence card and then leave the country? I no want stay long pass 30days |

HOKIM: SP is very safe but it depends on the neighborhood, just like every other city in the world, it has it safe and unsafe areas... the poor parts are usually where you will find crimes etc but if you stay off drugs and mind your own business, no drag another man wife, lots of nice decent ladies/men,then you will be safe... so I will rate it 5/10 when it comes to safety
Cos of living is about R$2000(upward) for decent living if you are single, do the math when you include a wife/husband and then a child(ren)..Exchange rate is between R$5(5.50)=1USD (Depends on the exchange for the day or the individual)
Healthcare is "okay" ,it also ranges.. you know Nothing beats private healthcare around the world but the public health system is very okay and since it is FREE for citizens and permanent residents, you know sometimes you have to wait in long lines to get attended to.. so use that one calculate things...
If one can "fall" in SP ,chill and get off the madness of naija do you think alot of folks would be hear making enquiries about SP?? Sp is basically the "life of the party" , what you will describe as Lagos for folks that wants to get an idea, only, well organized, more population, better in business and commerce, way more developed, more lively, more interesting... etc.... There are literally Billions of things to do and have fun and yet find a balance, home broadband is VERY cheap, if you are one that likes to chill at home, cheap buffet spots, where you can pay R$58 and eat all you want, nice Cinemas(not recommended for newbies as the language is Portuguese, you fit no understand anything)... great street life, great Everything... Naija restaurants full there, incase you miss food back home... when you go SP , then you go know say na suffer u dey naija dey suffer since... Nice..... Just need a break off the madness for a bit and then back to it. Food is that cheap over there? R$58? ... Wow R$2000 you mentioned covers all per month? Residence in a clean area Will a 30day stay in SP be enough to process residence card? When is the best time to visit? They have autumn or spring? I dont need sun...abeg |

KristineLG: Hello,
Investment in foreign countries have their different ups and downs especially for maintenance and some bills you need to pay which is not far from what you explained.
Yes you can get PR via Investment here in Brazil too, the Property Tax is high if you are not using the building to generate funds or living there or or working in Brazil to ensure up keep.
For persons interested in having a property here, We suggest the following
1. Get an Apartment in a Condomium (Estate type of 2-3 bedroom flat) in an affordable Location which you can get as many as you want and lease it out.
2. Get a lawyer to Change Property documents to your name and manage the rent for you. 3. We have a lot of Nigerians here who come to give birth or for vacation, who can use the place for like 2-6 months or more if its furnished. or 4. Do a contract for Full year rent and the Users pay month (which is acceptable here in Brazil) or 5. Use for General Airbnb outlets and get a someone to manage it for you here
Getting a full house structure is usually very expensive but if you can do list mentioned above it can still work but the tax will be HIGH
Individuals who are here in Brazil with their PR and with some other documents, you can also apply for House Mortgage and spread the payments for 5-10 years depending on the company selling out. If you are interested, email us.
In conclusion you can get PR in Brazil via
1. Investment 2. Birth 3. Refugee
Cheers!

When I was a teenager(about 16) on one particular US visa interview, the consular officer interviewing me was soooo darn cuuute, her eyes were like hypnotic stones , her voice was like running water and mheeeeeeeen did that chic have massive jugs (I don't even know why the US embassy kept that lady there that day) ...
I basically forgot why I came for the interview and started staring at her jugs sheepishly... Anyway I got a boner from all the simulations my mind was running and as soon as I realised my rocket had lifted off, I started trying my best to conceal it from people around me, since I was standing in front of the consular window situated like in the middle of the salon, I literally was acting soooo fidgety, anxious, totally weird and the whole thing got awkward for me that I couldn't even answer her simple questions, I was making incoherent statements, stammering unnecessarily... heck! I forgot my own name... long story short, I was denied by the same woman I was crushing on...
it was when I came out of the embassy that I realised what happened, gosh I felt sooo dumb... I had neverfelt that dumb (till today it still turns me inside out) . Anyway I just told my family that I was denied... though I didn't include why
I learnt a big lesson from that day

Sometimes when I read news from the Nigerian government, I feel there is absolutely no future, no hope,
Lagos state mounted CCTV cameras all around Lagos a few years back. Today, those are either vandalized or stolen.
A country where man-hole covers on roads are stolen by scrap metal pickers, even street lighting poles are hacked off and sold as scrap, what then makes them -decision makers in government - think that these cameras, the solar panels and battery won't be stolen?
What use are these cameras when the response time to the scene of incident is in hours or none at all?
Let's do the fundamentals first... Build up the police force, improve the 112 or emergency response time. Improve the judiciary. Make justice available to the average joe. Enact laws that are people friendly. Just do the basics
Constable officers recently recruited for community policing are now manning roads to control traffic. That's not why they were recruited. Since they are not armed, they should be operating within the community to gather Intel for the police to enforce, play support to the main police body |

Rugaria: For a longtime, you can't watch the BBC in China. BBC, CNN, Fox news, ABC, google, youtube, Facebook, twitter, Yahoo news.., every online western news portal is currently banned in China! I don't even know how the west tolorates that, especially when Chinese apps like tiktok and wechat are making waves in the western World. The Chinese even banned Skype and whatsapp!!! Once they don't like the liberal disposition of the western media outlets, the next action is to ban.. Running up to the olympics, all these websites were open in China! You can even watch critical youtube channels that rubbishes the Chinese government from China. But few months after the olympics, the Chinese clamped down on all of these sites with little or no protests from the west. The likes of CNN and MSNBC and BBC can only be viewed in very few public places like the hotels. Most times with permission. Individually, you have to use some sort of vpn to access any of the sites, otherwise, you have to make use of the Chinese sites or the few western sites not yet noticed by the Chinese....
The Chinese government knows how to control the messaging and is not ready to share the control of the people with any foreign entity. That's why the Trump presidency's arms twisting tactics against them must have proven a big deal in Beijing. I think most wetern governments over the last 40 years or so have gotten so used to the Chinese "queer" behavior on sundry issues and have looked the other way whenever these kinds of behavior are showcased. The Chinese are aware of this and have taken time to assert themselves strongly on issues they consider to be very important to safeguarding their national interests including curtailing the invasion of the Chinese society by foreign news organizations, with unrestricted broadcasting.. In so many ways this is good too. It helps the leadership of the country to steer the citizens along patriotic lines in a world in which the western powers have turned imperialism and subjugation as lethal tools for the pursuant of their overreaching foreign policy goals.. A good note, but I wonder why you described the Chinese behavior as "queer"? I thinks it's important we put this at the back of our mind that the 5 EYES are keen to maintain an imperial hold on the rest of the world. They use their information media and platform to control narratives, even an attempt at controlling our thoughts. To the western powers, China and Russia are seemingly beyond the reach of their influence. And they are great rivals to western hegemony. In this sense, they have pivoted to East with all tricks in their tool box. More often you hear about Navalny poisoning, street protests in Russia and Belarussia; Uighur genocide, Hongkong protest. The western powers are desperately trying regime change in these places because they claim these countries are not democratic. But it's failing. None of the powers like to talk about the horrendous war they have brought on Yemen. Saudi Arabia's undemocratic rule, Israel caging Palestine, and all other regime change attempts that have brought death and destruction. The governing system in China is working. The people of China are happy with it. The system has brought immense development to the society. Let the west leave the east to live in peace. |

RisenPhoenix1: No. They fake a transfer using the proper protocols but without originating from a source. The receiving bank credits the account, assuming that it originates from another bank. However, when it fails to discover a source, since there is no actual originating bank, it reverses the credited transaction within 24 hours. By then, the good would have been collected and the scammer disappeared.
They could potentially, but using their own bank account will identify them as fraudsters, and their BVN will be used to ID them. If a bank is defrauded in this manner, it will go to any length to get the culprit, not exactly a good outcome for the scammer. But by flash crediting someone else's account instead, they cannot be identified since there was no actual originating source.
It is very innovative. I'm really impressed. I just wish that people would put such brilliant minds to more productive use. Good morning Phoenix, Let's probe this a little further. You know must interbank transfer protocols go through NIP or NIBBS; and NIP settles these banks. For intra-bank, it's within the bank's Finacle or other framework. The Finacle algorithm will debit a source and credit another. How can the hacker fool the algorithm to credit when there is no debit source? You mean the banking algorithm has bugs in it? Well, this is quite a big big at the core of banking. I really doubt they can spoof a credit in bank internal system. Fake alert yes... But balance is a guess work. Please bro... Educate me more on this. I don't wanna fall victim |

RisenPhoenix1: How can they do that without hacking into the bank system at the very least?
Edit: I researched it, they actually do it through the bank servers. It is only reversed when the bank servers are unable to detect a source, when it will be reversed. I believe this can easily be countered by waiting for a confirmation period of at least 24 hours after receiving the alert before supplying the goods or service. The onus is on the banks to stop this flash transfer method by conforming the source before crediting an account. You mean they actually hack into the bank server to credit the account? Since reversal is 24hrs, why them no fit credit their own account then rush enter bank to withdraw it before reversal? |

NB: The amount can't be withdrawn and in most cases it vanishes after 24hours. Hang on, bro. This thing just dey sound like magic but I don't believe in Magic. You mean when they do fake alert. The money go enter my account? I go see am for my balance when I log in into my banking app? That means NIPS process the payment from te sender to my own account? How the money go come vanish? He recalled the transfer? But recall transfer no dey work na for this country. If a customer proposes a bank transfer. Don't turn them down, you are into business.
Accept the transfer offer, but as soon as you receive the alert....transfer it to another bank of yours and get alert as well before the customer leaves.
