Vendors cab mandate the pay on delivery service, infact it isn't wrong for a vendor to do that . It is all all left to Buyers to buy or not or buy with one mind.

Sure u can cancel but one has to be careful on items that it sales can alter the phsyical apearance like perishable goods. This, in this case is the fact that she has cut the materials. He couldn't have let her do that.

They will have a store and still use the drainage slabs then also use some part of the roads. All roads in lagos are guilty of this. apparently, these traders pay to the "Agbero" to use those spaces. Taking us back to the first problem stated
