Been an avid listener starting from the days of Cruise control on Metro Fm anchored by Frank Edoho then Kamal Salau , Rock City on Metro fm Anchored by Doris . Straight from the heart. This is always on Metro Fm very night . It is about touching stories (fiction or non fictio) written and sent to the anchors to read . They will always pick a word or sentence in the story and play a song that has that title. It was the best to happen to radio that hour. Joyce on Cool Fm. Radio continental : Tataafo with Iya Jogbo Dan Foster with Rick Dees Top 40 every weekends . These were the Good ole days of radio. Now, I tune everyday to find a program I will listen to everyday and I still haven't found one . |

Franking:Everyone who had had sleep paralysis always like face up. Yes! I think the closing of legs top. Yesss. It happens when I do that too. Sleeping faced up invites paralysis. Just as being upside down could make one nauseous and dizzy |
Iyaomolere4:Exzctly!! My own experience is that I call always know when I want to have it and infact I do it to myself just to be sure . I like to get answers. I know what to do to always make it come. I have done it several times . This is how it happens everytime: I leave my door open then I sleep facing up in the direction of the "open door". My house, I am aware that people could pass infront of my door always to the backyard and since my door is opened, anyone could come in. This thought is what I will put in my head before I sleep. Guess what? ... it( sleep paralysis) will happen and it will seem like someone came into the house and then I will start imagining all sorts of things thr person could be doing. When I do manage to move myself and wake up, I won't see anyone or anything out of place. At times , I will immediately go back to sleep as I had done earlier ( face up) it will happen again. I lie face up because I believe it will be easy for me to wake up faster to see anyone coming into the house. I always have to open my door to let breeze sip through. If I do sleep on my sides then I won't experience any sleep paralysis even when the door is opened . I have come to a conclusion that the sleep paralysis is happening to me because I kind of put myself and my brain in a semi awareness state. It is like I am awake while asleep. So, the brain plays some of your thoughts to you. The lying face up assist the brain to carry out this task. We should always try to question some things we don't understand. We might find out that the answers aren't as difficult as we always think. |

You can do all together with time and dedication. Don't rush it . Please go to school. That shouldn't be compromised . You don't have to be the best in your class or anything , just go to school acquire knowledge and make lots of contacts. Walk with likeminds like yourself and you will achieve more . One of the Best thing out of school is the people you will meet. If you have a laptop and active Internet, your learnings with be easier. Barbing could be a side hustle. Don't be greedy, don't compare yourself with others. Be contented. Doing all these together makes you an HUSTLER. This is king of HUSTLING we are talking about, not some shady, fraud or drug dealings.
