The reason it should not be handed over to the Oba of Benin is because the traditional system has no recognized role under the constitution and there are no checks and balances to check the excesses of the traditional body. For instance, what stops the present Oba from keeping those bronzes as his personal property if handed over to him.

It's difficult for the committee to get a proof of examination malpractice when she has written all her exams.
By checking her scripts won't provide the proof needed to nail her except you also want to check others who wrote the exam with her.

P.S: The inscription on her shirt says Aggressive Malpractice...not examination malpractice. There are different types of malpractice. What if she meets the panel and say it's not examination malpractice
