Having read so much mix reactions about the decision of the CBN backed by the federal government to re-design the naira owing to many reasons.....
One reason stood out for me and I careless about the political interpretations...but economically, I was shocked when I received four mint 500 naira notes printed in 2021 having same "serial number"...
The image below showed three of the mints and one old 500 naira notes printed the same year....

The curiosity is why has the money remain this clean and they are serial....?? Your guess is as good as mine?!!

In my myopic opinion, if our economy must survive, money should flow and circulate in the system but where some elements decided to hoard money..it will surely have great negative economic impact.

One wonders if banks are there to *support* or *siphon* customers....
In the name of getting necessary supports from either banks or even the government, many choose to open corporate account as an entity....
But rather than getting such support, banks and governments devisively *drain* the *revenue* of corporate entities.. Such as #taxes #cardmaintainance #vatacct-maintainance #acct-maintainance charges #smscharges etc...

Fellow corporate entities, does it worth keeping money in a corporate account or savings account or *personal save*

Fingerlings caught in the wide are not easily domesticated due to culturable factor.....
Hence, advise the kids to return them to their natural habitat to grow naturally.

However, you can buy them cultured Fingerlings as cheap as #15 per one.. But honestly, without a proper management it may just not worth it.

This is an ingenious act as I care less the motive behind it.
First, state government should sanitize the bully and environmental attitudes of Nigerian politicians during campaign with no regard to public places.. whereas, when they clinch governance, they turn against Nigerians entrepreneurs trying to promote their small businesses with heavy tasks and fines.
Second, if this ad amount is paid to campaign having done same in purchasing form, then this will show the wickedness of Nigerian politician towards the masses with their neglect to salvage and rescue Nigerian students from endless strike.

The importance of stocking the right catfish seedlings cannot be overemphasized. It may look insignificant but it a great success factor to have a knowledge of the average weight and length of your new stock as shown in the image...

I'd wish you had identified the cause of your huge mortality and try stocking lesser not minding the capital that has gone into infrastructure as I can see in the image.

Knowledge of the success factor is very KEY in the industry and I want to advise you to reach out to this platform for family support...

Still isn't late to get myself here.
My story is horrible, yes horrible. The only little knowledge I acquired was YouTube knowledge. I visits BUK and DAnfodio University fishery departments. I went ahead to stock 20,000 juveniles, and start feeding with 2mm aller aqua feeds. First two weeks I lost more than half of the 20k. I didn't relax I bought another 20k and restock. The second stock I lost around 6000 fish. At that time my fist stock were at post juvenile I started feeding with 3mm, yes aller aqua.
I wake up one day and get a mortalities what remain from the second stock was only 7,800. You knew what, I go ahead and buy 45k fingerlings and 15k juveniles and restock. Still cruising.
I learn a bitter way. Pond preparations is very vital, constant water change is superb. I'm here to learn more. I've about 80k in my stock now.

I advise you drop pictures, price, location, contacts and possibly terms of agreement if any.

To my fellow catfish farmers, kindly share your take based on your current experience with reference to cost of feeds and selling price.

Whatever business you must go into... TIME INVESTMENT is non negotiable especially in a terrain you had no experience neither skills nor ready made market..

Water is known to be one of the major element in fish farming... Interestingly not how clean or white a water look on appearance justify if such is suitable for fish farming...
The picture below shows a corrected clean water ph....

Do you determine your water ph before stocking and did you ensure that through out the cycle, your pond water are absolutely right for your fish optimal growth...

Hmm.. I really differ on this...as an employer, if those details aren't there... Off course, such applicant application is straight for the trash bin... Each of those information are graded for my pre-selection.
As much as I agree that this days, reference can be provided upon demand, it is not out of place..
Interestingly back then as a young applicant, I got my first job in a multinational company just because one of my referee was a benefactor of the company's MD... Upon seeing her name, the MD required I get a formal letter from her to verify if I truly knew her.... And that was how I got the job by the grace of God.
