smithremmy: Hello friend some one told me geting admission into Community college that VO will not giv visa or else its college or university and am surprise to hear that so anyone who some tin say shud comment on timeBigfrancis has explained earlier. Community colleges will get you no where. The VO won't take you as a serious student. So if you hold a community college I-20 then I'll suggest you get a university and not just any university, one with good ranking |
Zimmerman made a choice to follow Trayvon, he made a choice to get out of the car, he made the choice to get into it with trayvon and he made a choice to pull out his gun and shoot him. There was no self defense it was all done by choice. Brandon Jackson (21 year old African American man) is jumped by 7 White men on a clear Hate Crime and he uses a 3 inch knife to protect him self (not kill anyone) and Brandon gets 12 years in prison Marissa Alexander (30 year old African American woman) is being attacked by her man who has a history of domestic abuse (and later admits to trying to beat her) she gets a gun and shoots a warning shot to keep him from beating her (doesn't hit anyone) and she gets 20 years in prison Michael Vick gets two years for killing a dog So lets get this straight... ANYONE(not black) can cruise the streets(armed), see someone that looks suspect to them(armed with candy), call the cops, ignore the cops orders, pursue the unarmed individual and murder him/her, and be found NOT GUILTY. The justice systems only works when blacks are being charged! Trayvon is dead... Zimmerman is free as a bird... Black people are going to react in a manner which gives them what they want... The angry uncontrollable wild black race!!!
As per d experience, the first, I didn't spend up to 5mins with d VO, a lady. She denied almost everybody so not surprised. The second, a guy, I messed up there. The third, I was so close to it . In fact, I thought this lady will grant me but in d last min, she denied me but kinda apologetically. My prob is just that I hope my denial is not due to the info for the dv different from what I filled in now.
What's the name of the school you applied to? Did you take any standardized test? |

Tanks alot 4d anticipated positive n prompt responses.Google search schools that offer your chosen course. Check their requirements. Then short list a number of schools that are closer to your area of study & availability of financial aids/scholarships/grants or any other form of waivers, Check school's rankings (it must not be an ivy league school) also consider school's location, cost of living, weather conditions. DO NOT apply to a community college! Mail the schools and meet all application deadlines, take the standardized tests. TOEFL/SAT for undergrad and GMAT/GRE for graduate studies. When you are accepted into the school, you'll be requested to submit some financial documents, proof that student has financial support with or without assistance from the school. When you meet all requirements, an I-20 form(Admission letter) will be mailed to you. Pay a $200 SEVIS fee at any ECOBank in Cotonou or Seme border or If you have anyone abroad, the person can pay through Western Union for you. NB: You'll need the receipt for your interview so, be mindful. Visit the US embassy website to fill an online application DS-160 form Visit any GTBank to pay $160 F-1 visa application fee. You'll be issued an MRV receipt. With all these things done, visit the US embassy website and schedule a visa interview appointment. And while doing these ensure you read this thrread. |

Kassidy4luv: University of Oklahoma.......... can i apply to the skul?http://colleges.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-colleges/university-of-oklahoma-3184/rankings?int=c6b9e3 |
obsy2020: @ fidelia, I thnk that's the issue, go to the bank and let them know the harm they cost you. Please get the original stamped and signed statement of account bfor applying again. Am not sure they sent the statement to the embassy. GudluckExactly!!!. Fidelia should blame the bank. No one sends the US embassy a bank statement if they didn't request for it. Besides the interview is just for a few minutes. Which VO has the time to check for a mailed statement of account. The applicant should bring it along with him when coming for the interview |
My Visa was denied today at abuja. The interview went like this; VO: goodmorning ME: good morning sir VO: you are going to wiu for ur masters degree? ME: yes sir VO:did u write any standardize test? ME: yesI did, I did toefl and gre Vo: let me see the gre Me:I showed him. Though the result is low, I just handed it over to him. So he check and returned it bck to me Vo: so your uncle his sponsoring you? Me: yes sir Vo: what is the assurance that ur uncle can sponsor you. Me: he sponsored my undergarduate program and he has a good job now Vo: how much does ur undergraduate cost? Me: close to 2million naira Vo: what does he do Me: he is a petroleum engineer Vo: can I have his stmt of acct? Me: I gave him.( It was a scanned copy I told u abt tht I said the bank said they will send the original to the embassy Vo: he typed on his system for a very long time and said sorry bla bla.
Sorry about your delay. Reapply again with original copies |
odowetalu: The appointment was for 10:30am at Abuja. I got there by 9:30am. They called in but I didn't hear. When I went to the security they just laughed and told me that I'm quite late and should go inside.Congrats!!! But sharing this kind of experience isn't going to help anyone here cos there's virtually no information in it. |
And this made front page? ![]() |
