chatdare: I am about to apply to a school in utah,they don't make toefl compulsory before apply they stated that will will conduct a test of english on arival at the school,that is when they will decide if toefl will be taken. My question goes thus:
1 Plz I want to know if dis is nt going to affect my f-1 visa at d embassy ?
2.I want to know if it is compulsory that the sponsor's surname must tally with the applicant's surname ?

Take the test for the embassy purpose. And no its not compulsory you have the same name with your sponsors

No its not. Take sat/tofel exams first and do very well. You never can tell. You could get a scholarship

^^ 46 is too low! I'll suggest you quickly register for another exam. The online score should be available in a week after taking the exam. With that you stand a better chance than going with 46 score

What The Hell U.S. Customs Officials Pop Smugglers Holding $1 Billion Worth Of Yayo In Speedboat!

Authorities intercepted two speedboats — sinking one — and recovered about 13,000 pounds of yayo worth almost $1 billion.

“These two disruptions are an example of the international cooperative law enforcement effort to disrupt transnational criminal activity and deny their profiting from such activity,” Doug Garner, U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s director of national air security operations in Jacksonville, Florida, said in a news release.

The Memorial Day weekend drug bust, which was announced Wednesday, resulted from two separate interdiction efforts, the first unfolding Friday north of the Galapagos Islands, west of Ecuador in the Pacific Ocean.

A Customs and Border Protection Office of Air and Marine crew spotted a 30-foot speedboat carrying almost 7,000 pounds of yay worth more than $500 million. After realizing that they’d been spotted, three people on the boat started chucking packages of white girl into the water. They also “began washing the boat to eliminate traces of white,” the release said.

Best you can do now is get a letter from the school stating that GRE is not required for graduate admission. And pray the VO doesn't ask for your score which I doubt.

Khyati Shah—the audience member who was accidentally landed on by the singer during his performance at the Billboard Music Awards a few weeks back—is now “considering” legal action.

Shah’s attorney, Vip Bhola, tells E! News exclusively that a decision will be made soon on whether to file a lawsuit against Miguel pending Khyati’s most recent medical results. He noted that the fan has been experiencing “difficulties” as a result of the incident.

“We will determine that after we have feedback from medical providers,” Bhola told E! News, declining to give a timeline on when any civil action might be filed.

The attorney also added that he has not spoken to the performer’s legal representatives, but did leave open the possibility of a settlement.

Shortly after he crash-landed on top of her during a poorly timed jump across the stage, Khyati was all smiles in an interview alongside the crooner while holding an ice pack on her elbow.

Bhola added that Khyati was in “shock and star struck” after the awards ceremony when she was interviewed, but that her medical condition has since worsened in the days after.

A rep for Miguel was unavailable for comment.

Sharon Benjamin-Hodo, mother of Andre "3000" Benjamin, has passed away, according to multiple reports.
Though the cause of death has yet to be confirmed, sources close to the family announced that she died in her sleep in her Georgia home early in the morning on Dre's 38th birthday, this past Monday (May 27).

Benjamin-Hodo was active in the shaping of Outkast's career and is affectionately known by The Dungeon Family as "Miss B." Big Gipp tweeted out condolences yesterday (May 28): "My condolences And LOVE GO OUT TO 3000 …WE ALL LOVED YOUR MOTHER MISS B..God got her NOW!!#DUNGEONFAMILY… Gipp"

In an interview that Benjamin-Hodo did in 2007 to help promote the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment, she said this of being mother to a famous son: "I'm an average mother. A spokesperson for the family said that in this time of grieving, support of The Starlight Camp is appreciated in lieu of flowers.
