Visited EducationUsa at the embassy to register with them as required by Minnesota state university and it was a nice experience. For those who will be going for visa interview and are looking for a cheap and affordable guest house or hotel close to Walter Carrington, you can check frutos fast food. The fastfood has lodginh accomodation. Its located at 16 Ikoyi Road, Obalende. Just beside Wesley Methodist Church. Their prices range between 3500 to 5000naira per night. For the rooms of 3500,please do not expect an ac in the room.

yea boss. I did register with Eduusa. dunno wat cud b causing the delay cos grad sch said dey sent my file to dept for review since sept.

And after registering,did u ask the lady to mail them informing them that you have registered. I gez dat was the instruction. If it was done,I guess u have to call ur graduate program coordinator. I think you are the 3rd or 4th person I've come across that has applied into mnsu.

Hello guys. iv been a follower of this thread for a while now and I must say iv learnt a lot. I applied to Minnesota state univ for fall 2016 and up until now iv not gotten any update from them.
I just wanna know if anyone is expecting admission decisions from mnsu aswell. Good work guys, congrats to all who av been admitted so far.

Well let me see how best I can respond. To me WES remains the best but one thing u must consider is the time it takes them to finish up,cos they wl contact ur undergraduate school to verify ur transcript and ur school will then respond before they start evaluating. Another reliable evaluation service is IERF. They don't contact ur undergraduate school for any reason and once they get ur document,they evaluate it within 10working days. As for how d outcome will be,just go to WES site,u will see a free evaluation template. Just use it to evaluate urself to have an idea how it will be. It will require u to enter ur courses and grades den u will automatically see the possible outcome. Hope I have tried in answering ur question. Other gurus can help too.

I read somewhere in thier site-that you have to summit your original certificate (not statement) and that it will be sent back to you once the evaluation in done. Is that not risky if someone sent both his BS/MS cert for example. Just asking for those who have use it.

I mailed them and they informed that they can evaluate without the certificate.

That the knowledge and experience he or she got frm d university has helped the person to the rank of soo soo and soo in his field. I think its a better reason.

I don't know why people enjoy WES somuch even with the stress. IERF is also one of d best,and they don't write back to ur school for any verification. Once u pay $165,they evaluate ur transcript(s) and send it to d school u want it to be sent and still send ur own copy.
