never allow your spouse especially the man to threaten you not to voice or speak out to a 3rd party like Pastor, counsellor, respected family member etc in even that the issue is lingering. My wife and I were shocked to hear from a troubled married lady that they have been having marital crisis since 2020 and she is just telling us just few days ago.
