Family / Re: My Friend Needs Help, Six Children No Male Child? by flange: 11:35am On May 16, 2022
Your friend doesnt need help. Pikin na pikin irrespective of Gender. My father has 7 boys three different women. The last one came 2021. We just had to laugh.

Notyourtype:
Hello Guys,

Is it even possible to have up to six kids without having a male child?

I have a friend, who wanted to have only 4 kids. He's now counting six and will count more because he has refused to have a male child.

When the wife gave birth to the fifth child, then my friend was very anxious to having a male child. But as soon as the news got to him that his wife gave birth to another female child, he send a message to his wife at the hospital not to come to his house with the child. He said his wife has a curse on her, that is why she refused to give birth to a male child. We had to beg him before he allowed his wife home.

The issure now is that his wife just gave birth to the sixth child again today, and another female child. He his just very confused right now.

He just told me now that people says the fault his not from her wife but rather on his side. And he want me to help him on what the problem is.

Pls nlanders, what do you think is the problem, and how can he give birth to a male child?

Please can you share your job hunting experience after gaining your knowledge?

After learning the programming language, develop as many projects as possible and create documentation e.g power points just for the recruiter to have an idea of ur project.
Create a xing profile and make sure u make references to all projects u have created while applying for jobs via links etc.
So if Germany is ur target which of course is good because they need IT skilled workers.
Apply apply apply ,ignore setbacks and dont stop

Tell the person that if you are only expecting money from programming you are wasting your time. You must be an addict(love it) first before you can even think of coding. Or else you are wasting your time.

Sit down and be Talking about passion u have a point but what are u driven by ? What is the ultimate goal ? be successful !

If u are sitting down u are on a long thing.

Ive build AI apps for top companies in Europe and yes i went for the money. Im only motivated by how much i will make. If u are coder companies are looking for u. Have the skill be it for money or motivation.

How does the code speak for u ? Looking at it run after hours of debug or your Account?

My brother i went for money and yes i made it !

If u can code in the western world u go know say passion for sitdown for somewhere when money come.

Choose any popular one(s) in the top ten of this.

Well it depends on what u want to focus on. From my own experience

Java, Java script for web development

C,C++ mainly for microcontrollers, embedded systems, Advanced vehicle control systems(adas)

Python for artificial intelligence, data science, which can be used for adas and others..equally simple
Now when u know python and AI u are ready for the next best thing FACT.

Nb i learnt python on my own for an average guy like me then its easy although i have Background in JAva and c++

The thing is this, I have a family to cater for and having a steady income is a hurdle I'm still struggling to get past. I have a passion for programming, I'm currently studying computer science at NOUN because I think computers will play more important roles in the future and I would love to leave my mark. Right now, I'm trying to balance my passion on one side and my need for money(steady inflow) on the other side of the scale balance and the need for money outweighs my passion. I don't know if this makes sense.

Programming for ill say its consistency.
U can do it just be focused and keep on keeping on i learnt python and machine learning this year and my life never remained the same.

I doubt if you can learn programming simply because you want to make money out of it. Without the passion to code, you will get frustrated and eventually dump your plans for another.

), }, ; and code blocks will be your worst enemies in programming. Not to discourage you, get a good teacher and you might just scale through.

Im 32 anybody can learn programming for any reason..i am a control engineer i programme for just money. Just be FOCUSED

Education / Re: Is It Right To Start All Over Again From 100 Level After Wasting 5 Years? by flange: 9:27am On Jul 13, 2019
Tweak2k:
Am in a depressed state and am so ashamed of myself. Currently schooling in a federal university studying computer sci. Seriously I feel really bad to have wasted 5 years without achieving nothing or a degree. Even spill over still wouldn't do no good cause I don't want a 3rd class degree or every worst. Can't take the risk again.[ insult is free i deserve it]

instead of graduating with a shitty degree am thinking of starting all over again from 100lvl to study computer science or anything related in a federal university. 4 years Max

Right now i feel like an abomination and a disgrace to my family. Have tried visiting the HOD's in my school unfortunately, I was informed students from the same school can't switch to same school [Different department] i dont know why i think it's best known to them.

Mind you am in my mid 20s with no achievement or any money making skills.

I have interest in mastering programming or becoming a tech savvy guy or a security expert but i can't. aside the coding aspect physiologically am not balance. Secondly, am limited.. Am very ambitious i need help and opportunities. Am tried of fighting alone/ holding back its eating me up silently... I only smile or engage myself in a social gathering to cover up my pain.

Even if am to start all over again I'll prefer a university that offer a 4 years course I don't know which Federal university one can study comp sci within 4 years.

Please I need advice and help The truth is school is frustrating and tiring.. I need a degree my battle can't be in vain.

I know someone would have pass through my line of sorrow or even worst. Your suggestions, opportunities and help will revive me back...

Regards,

It’s not worth the depression bro. It happened to me too in fact I dropped out after 500 I was 25. I went back started again and got the highest graduation grade and continued with an MSc.
You doing Computer Science so its so nice because if you can use the time you stay alone and worry to learn skills it will help you.
Register for courses in web development learn front end and back end like your life depends on it
Bro hard work pays. You will become skilled and of course the money will come.
For me I even became too smart after I dropped out. I think it’s the same when you have the will.
I finished my second bachelor 30. I still met up with my peers. It takes a lot of hard work, focus and determination but it’s 100% achievable. Stop thinking and start taking actions (develop ur self with skills/ master it)

Fintiba asked me to fund BA with Total of €9009. Why the difference and what can I do? Thank you

That’s obviously because u chose minimum withdrawal amount of 735€ instead of 720€
The same thing happened to me.
So send Fintiba an email requesting to change your withdrawal amount from 735 to 720 it might take a few days but they will respond and change it for you.
I asked the VO during my interview if it was going to be a problem since fintiba gave me a different amount and he said it doesn’t matter that all they want to see is 8640€ In your blocked account.

Please house, does the embassy in Lagos withhold ones passport after interview or they return it to you? Also, do I need to go with a prepaid envelope?

The embassy will return your passport back to you after your interview they won’t keep it.

You can get the envelop before your interview or after it depends. Meanwhile it will cost you 1k to buy DHL prepaid at the embassy
They will actually allow u to go and get the envelope and bring it back after your interview

Meanwhile it cost N850 for fedex courier envelop in Allen ikeja
