So you think it's only the alcoholic company that sponsored the tournament? and moreover revenues are only gotten from your above mentioned companies? Hatred for Islam will ruin you !
Hatred for Islam indeed. Islam has already got enough problems.. Hating on Islam would be like adding a cube of sugar into the ocean and expecting the water to be sugary.

He refused to collect an award presented to him by Budweiser - an alcoholic beverage producing company.
Why on earth is he and his th Egyptian team then competing in the same tournament sponsored by the same alcoholic beverage producing company?

Yesterday, I read on the news how the Hisbah police in Zamfara state arrested males and females who were celebrating sallah tohether and were not married. And also the destruction of brothels, hotels and beer joints by the Borno state government some weeks back.
Where does the funding of the Hisbah police come from? State allocation!!! Gathered from proceed of the sale of crude oil and taxes paid by private and multinationals including hotels, brothels, alcohol producing coys and so on.

THAT IS HYPOCRISY!!!!

It's actually an insult tho. Courtois is a world class keeper. Forget that his Messi error even De Gea fumbled in front of Ronaldo.

By the way, Neymer is getting more useless by the day. Such a wasted talent.

I miss the Brazilian Ronaldo, football will never be the same without him. I remember the world cup when he touches the ball, everyone will just shout because you must see a skill or a goal. Not the mediocre footballers we have today. SMH!
Football ended in France 98. Too much professionalism and money has ruined the game.

This is for my friend David.
Always leaving his AC on when going out..all in the name of "make room chill"

My own is using my cell phone close to the gas cylinder while cooking.
In short, my phone is with me about 95% of the day. Toilet, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping, office, class, church, etc
Sometimes, I'll want to checky email... I'll end up in WhatsApp then nairaland... After 30 minutes, I'll drop the phone and then remember I was supposed to check my email... The punching starts again.
I need to break free from this habbit. "We" need to break free. I know "we" are many.

CBN can only guarantee 50-150k of each deposit.
if banks go down, many hundreds of thousands will go down.
remember mainstreet and Skye banks? new names for old, failed banks.
recall what happened to depositors and shareholders?
and in a weak economy, a domino effect is quite possible, leading to thousands of businesses folding up.
guy,
IMF warned, kemi said, gerarahia.
now, ndic and emefiele are scared.
we should be screaming at everyone in govt- and at each other- to tackle this immediately.
but as #lazynigerians, we'll wait until it's a runaway train.
Hmmmmm. who keep money in the bank these days? When there is real estate, forex, cryptocurrency trades and other more profitable businesses around.

I think he already has all his arsenal-like responses prepared down awaiting immediate deployment.

Okay, let me rephrase it.
What is so professional about the "Nigerian law degree" that it cannot be acquired through distant learning?

Are you a black man?

Say what you have to say without denigrating black people. It is gratuitous and irrelevant. It is lazy thinking

If you have issues of inferiority then deal with them.

The issue of witchcraft you mention is not only irrelevant it does not have any coherence with whatever it is that you are trying to say.

White folk have so many problems too. Today they may be more developed but it has nothing to do with their whiteness

If you study history you will know that white folk were living in caves when the Egytian pyramids were built so there is no law that says we cannot overtake them.

What ails us is not blackness
Yes. Am a blackman!!!!!

I know people like you would still value a degree earned online from a foreign university to NOUN's degree.
Education › Re: NOUN, Law School Conflict: NANS Commends Agf’s Intervention by flexyrule(m):
It is typical of a blackman to look for ways of discriminating, segregating, stigmatizing, ridicule and make lesser of one's achievements. We are always looking for ways to prove the unworthiness of other people's significance and efforts, even without giving them a try.
That's why we keep hearing of useless battles of supremacy and internal competitions/crises like the B.Sc/HND, NMA/JOHESU, Public/private universities, B.ENG/B.TECH, Public/private university law awarding institutions/NOUN graduates etx.

We always fail to recognize the skills and potentials inherent in an individual, rather we focus on paper as a means of satisfying our greed and ego. And with all the so-called battle for supremacy, what exactly has the black man invented and contributed to global learning?
We only become superstars when we leave this cursed, greed-filled, pull-the-other-man-down God forsaken geographical location to saner climes where everyone appreciates what everyone has to offer.

We need to learn to see the best in everyone and everything anyone has to offer, else why do you think a whole UNESCO would give a $340,000 grant to a Zambian university to support the safeguard of the practice of witchcraft? I even read that the first intake of 20 “Witches” have been accepted into the University, to study witchcraft.

If it were here now, we would have had a new dimension for discrimination. Like some fellow here has been screaming "Professional Course"

Don't jail them in the US.
Try them and transfer them to a Nigerian prison.

One of them that was recently released from a US penitentiary has already secured a contract with a record label, ready to release songs he wrote while serving jail term in the US.

After 5 years in Kri-Kri.... They won't even remember how to boot a computer.

Its obvious that these ones have spent more time in tailoring shops than on the pitch preparing for the world cup.

In a couple of days, we'll start the usual permuations we do every four years. If team A losses against team B, and we draw against team C, then we'd progress to the next stage. We've been doing this for over a decade now.

They should go to russia and finish the fashion parade they started here and return home.
Thank God they confirmed receipt of their allowances, we don't want additional wailing.

In a couple of weeks, we shall find our if they are worth all this media hype.
