ANYone going to kassel for winter and gurus in the house. How possible is it to be in Germany before oct 12 If interview datebook is sept 27 and blocked account has been funded before them

I got two admissions recently
One from kassel and one from rheinwaal
Both through uniassist application
Took uniassist 2weeks to evaluate and send to the schools.
Rhein waal gave me admission a week after evaluation while kassel two weeks after evaluation.

Still expecting from cottbus and kiel..
Those are thr schools i applied through uniassist.

My journey started around this same time last year. I initially wanted to go to Norway and started following the thread, but I somehow stumbled on the German thread and I have been on it from that day. I don't go a day without opening the thread and I have read from part 2 to the last page on the current part.

I applied to about 3 schools for summer semester 2018. They all rejected me (with good reasons though) except for FAU that rejected me just because of cetification. I was heartbroken.

I only applied to those 3 schools for summer because I didn't want to go through UNIASSIST because of financial reasons.

TIMELINE:

Applied for Admission: 02-12-2017
Opened Fintiba: 20-12-2017
Received Admission: 13-02-2018
Interview: 28-05-2018
Sent blocked account confirmation: 15-06-2018
AM dropped: 25-06-2018.


I am not sure where I am going yet. I have admission for University of Freiberg. (Environmental Geoscience)

Still expecting from Leibniz universitat Hannover (Water Resourses and Environmental Management), University of Bayreuth( Environmental Geography) and Kiel (Marine Geoscience).

The one month wait for the AM was really a tough one. Even though I was very confident of my interview, I was still kinda worried.

Thank you all for all the assistance here. I use myself as a point of contact to all those still expecting, it will get to us all in Jesus name.

Yea mailed my school Friday night for enrollment extension and hopefully will hear from them on Monday. I am sure I should get am 2 weeks after interview if I have funded before from the trend I have been seeing. Hoping for the best sha

It took 2 weeks and some days to reply after uni assist evaluation. Well someone from summer said his wife got admission with 2.7 german gp. So there is hope. Package your motivation letter well. Give good reasons for hitting 2.5. And all. And interview dat is far away ooo. Mine is sept 27 for visa appointment and enrollment deadline is oct 1st. But try and don’t gget be up. Coz if u have admission you will just defer to summer and get your visa quick and leave. That’s an advice sha. All d best

Kassel just sent me admission for msc Nanoscience> i want to thank everyone> i cant metion all names but honourable seyi. your impact has been superb. i might not have asked directly but i have read alot of things from you and its been helpful. uniassist sent my application to them exactly 2 weeks and 4 days. I applied for msc biochemistry in jena and msc nanoscience in kassel. it took them a week to process my vpd

Kassel said it would take around 3 weeks after getting vpd from uniassist before they get back to me. They got my vpd on the 4th of June

And you should also consider wit Air Maroc your trip will be for 9hrs as a result of the stop over why emirates ranges between 19 hrs to 23 hrs

I won’t advice you travel through African airlines. You must likely might regret the experience. I would advice you go with Emirates. My own opinion from my personal experience

My VPD got to them last week Monday. I mailed them this week stating that visa interview date is already in August and I was told that I would be ans in due time.

I also asked someon that got admission for summer this year and she said she waited 3 weeks before she was replied. When did your vpd get to them

In my own opinion I dnt believe anything is late so far the deadline has not passed. Try getting an address for your school to send the transcript to here in Nigeria. Mayb a company or an education agent. I used an agent to get my own some years back. Make copies of everything and certify the copies from a notary public or high court. Then send via dhl. It shd be der in 3 days. And if you can’t get your transcript before as quick as possible then it’s no bad news. U just get everything ready and shoot ur shot for summer or next coming winter. But don’t be deterred the goal is the focus.
