kaspersky wiped off some important files in my flash drive, including a free 1year 2009 norton antivirus i wanted to install for a friend. it happened that i got the drive infected by 3 viruses when i used it in a pc in a biz centre. in the process of disinfecting the drive in my laptop i lost almost all data in my drive.

visafone claims it has rev. A netwoks in Lagos and Abuja. if you have a modem that supports just the Rev. O, i suggest you switch. but then, i don't think it would make any difference because this cdma providers don't give us enough bandwidth to even get the full potentials of the Rev. O modems. however, the best way to check your download speed is to download a file and watch the transfer rate or the time it takes to finish the download.

wel my experience using mtn nite plan has bin good so far d only ti is d 3Gig bundle limit tho i used my fone as a modem
maybe try anoda modem or use a good 3G fone as modem

MTn chooses to do whatever work on their system at night. sometimes no connection until past 2a.m by which time you have slept off.

MTN is really having a challenge integrating their EDGE. It is upgrading some cells to EDGE. 3G signals have been badly affected in many areas. The least the company should have done is to let data customers know about the pain the disruption would inflict on customers, Too bad from MTN.

i think the price is ok for that kind speed. you can accomplish alot in one hour.

Thanks. I'm actually talking about broadband & not dial-up. I have an IZAP, mtn 3.5g but they aren't ok. Somebody told me about IPNX & Swift but I don't know.

I'm frustrated & another thing is that I'm moving to my new house @ Mowe Ibafo. I know that's going to be the worst.

they have been upgrading since they took over from vmobile. it never stops. excuse for poor service. is internet such a big deal for zain?

Honestly we need more competition in the EVDO space. Starcomms is not living up to expectation, And this 3GB data cap from the GSM providers for 10k is criminal.
