Every now and then i see prop up notification from my internet security suite of blocking of an intrusion from a certain computer the ip i traced to be coming from Starcomms office.  Just make sure  you get a good  security app  and close all open ports.  I pay my  subscription when due.  Starcomms got no right trying to naughtyrize into my system.

i use nokia E51. i like the elegant design, small size and light weight.
i like the symbian os in the phone, handles multiple tasks well at the same time eg music, browsing, quickoffice(i like the mini spreadsheet app in the suite).
great email client. i have 3 POP3 and 1 IMAP emails setup.
3G phone, tethering capability( thanks to MTN, i use my phone as my modem) i am not a fan of the small screen browser,though still use operamini for convenience. i recently install WalkingHotspot, which transformed my phone into a wireless router, now i can share my 3G internet connection between 2 pcs and there's room for 3 more!

moto q cdma version, doesn't have a gsm radio module, so forget. or if you insist try this procedure i found somewhere, at your own risk:
1. drop the phone in cup of hydrogen peroxide, leave for 10days.
2.now transfer the cup containing the phone to a freezer compatment, leave until the liquid is ice solid.
3. defrost in a microwave, remove the phone and leave in microwave for 5days at a temperature of 99 degree celsius.
4.almost done,allow current to flow thru the charging port directly from source. don't use charging adaptor!
5. insert your gsm sim and power on. congrats!

Starcomms to me is the worst isp in Nigeria.

I use starcomms sierra wireless aircard 580. I pay 15k every month for evdo and get 1x constantly. The highest speed I have ever reached is 9.4KB/s and it never stays there it goes down to 450B/s. I have been using it for a year. I am sure that I would prefer MTN 3.5G to this slow connection.But I use more than 3gig monthly. So I am going for vangage wireless. I am going for it b/c the CEO of the company is my neighbour.

there are phones that have the dvb-h module, mtn is currently offering one chinese model. just manage it

no. the channels are not streamed  through the 3G network. DVB-H is the technology. something similar to what our  tv "cable" companies use to transmit their channels.

i watched a video without buffering, interesting. but when all these corporates resume, bandwidth go reduce.

uninstalling norton is no problem as along use its uninstal utility which can be downloaded from its website. why uninstall? norton internet security 2009 is light on your system, no resource hog, installs quickly and scans fast too.
