This is what typical Nigerian contractors are known for - pull down existing structure and take years to put a new one.

Well-to-do Nigerians would always take Nigeria first before US. This is a known fact.

If you have the money, Nigeria remains the best - you can practically afford anything you want.

But in the US, most rich Nigerians cannot afford to pay for the things they take for granted in Nigeria.

Above all, most rich Nigerians finds it difficult adapting to the structured life styles in the western world because they are already used to the Nigeria's life styles.

I am sure all these statements from the north are as a result of the fall out of the decisions of the major political parties, the APC and PDD, to zone the presidency to the south. The last NEC decisions of the PDP in Ibadan rattled the North. The PDP decision ultimately handed the PDP presidential ticket to BAT.

You are still getting what I meant, wrong. I am NOT talking about who earns more or not. I am talking about the one with ease of Nigerians in Canada, trying to do a program, with ease of getting job. Job adverts for medical laboratory technicians are more, compared to graduate level medical laboratory science. I also said if you have the money, you could go ahead and do the five - year program.

The 5-year BMLS program makes you a Medical Laboratory Scientist and open doors to the UK IBMS, Canadian CSMLS, Irish ACSMLS, European CORU, Japanese MHLW.

Big difference in professional expectations and pay..

If you do the 5-year MLS program, and write the US licensure exam American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) exam which can be written from outside the USA, US hospitals and employers can employ on the H1-B visa right from Nigeria.

The 2-3 year MLT program done in Schools of Health Technology can't get you that opportunity. Though you will readily get a job in Nigeria.

Stop giving advise on issues where you have limited knowledge, it misleads young people.

Comprehension seems to be a problem here. My advice is meant for people that are in Canada or the US or Nigerians intending to go and study medical laboratory sciences in Canada or US. Please take time and read again.

This program seems quite sought after in Canada. If you want to study it in Canada or US, study the 2 year diploma program in medical laboratory technology. Don't waste your time with any 4 or 5 year medical laboratory science to get the degree. The diploma program can still land you a good paying job. But if you have the money, you could go ahead with the bachelor's degree

INTERPOL wouldn't have issued this kind of statement. Immediately I read, "discredited EFCC", I knew that the jargon above was written by a typical Nigerian journalist. INTERPOL can never discredit national institutions of member States. Certain words and sentences construction are not acceptable within an international organisation.

Everyone is trying to cash out on the inefficiency of the Nigerian State. Once any country or company senses an opportunity in Nigeria, they lock in. Hundreds, if not thousands of Nigerians, makes trips to East African countries on regular basis. Some will have to transit through another country before getting to Tanzania, Zanzibar or Kenya. With this, the flight would be direct. This is a route a working Nigerian Airways would have been operating.

All these poor African countries with large land mass, looking to get more money from the West and middle east. What future would the settlers envisage in a landlocked country like South Sudan in the future?

I don't understand Nigerians with gigantic mansions. At the end, you will be inside one room at a time. At no distance time, maintenance would become an issue. For me, I am a core minimalist and fine lines and detailing. Lots of big houses and no electricity to power them. Most Igbo men in their 70s and 80s have stories of their respective civil war era. I know say na SE family. In laws can truly stress the husband in Igbo land, no be small. The wife would want the husband to set up business for her brother, sponsor her younger siblings to school and open shop for her mum in the east, even when the man is "killing" himself with hustle. But if you are rich and have no problems supporting your in-laws, you will be highly respected and valued. Even you will also feel happy and fulfilled that you are doing all these for your wife. If you have the means, please do it. You are creating legacy for yourself
