What is happening to the Anglican Church is evidence of what can happen when you give up on standards.

First, they accepted the so called ordination of women as priests.

Then they accepted the ordination of gays.

Then they accepted the consecration of women as bishops.

And, as is characteristic with the devil, they now want to make a woman the Archbishop of Catenbury.

This is why they all will never lace the shoe of the Holy Roman Catholic Church. It has remained conservative to its Apostolic standards to avoid this kind of rubbish.

That’s why I was angry that Pope Francis was advocating such rubbish for the Catholic Church. Thank God we survived him. May something like him never happen to the church again.

Bro, don't "chest-beat" at all about the Catholic Church. I am a staunch Catholic. Note that the Catholic Church is not immuned from the "onslaught" the mother Church is undergoing in the West. The late Pope John Paul 11, said it that, "the hopes of the church is in Africa". He foresaw the dilution of Christian doctrine in the west and the possibility of decline of the church in the west. There are lots of reformists within the hierarchy of the Catholic Church and these reformists could pull a surprise on the church with their reformists agenda.

So, let's continue to pray for the mother church so that the gate of hell shall not prevail against her. As societies evolves, rules also evolve. It may be a question of when and not if the Catholic Church would eventually reform itself.

The former FCT Minister under Buhari, Muhammad Bello should be ashamed of himself. The worst FCT Minister in the history of Nigeria. The fact that Buhari left him in the office for complete 8 year was even more baffling. That man should point one thing he did in FCT. Incompetence was ingrained in him and Buhari didn't even bother. The ones at Idi-araba, close to LUTH have association and ID card. I have seen it multiple times on that road and the beggars proudly displays their ID cards on their necks. Do the Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) detects when an unauthorised foreign fighter jets or plane enters Nigeria's Airspace? If a foreign fighter jets flies over the Nigeria's Airspace and returns to base, do we have the capacity to detect such an aircraft and its source origin? I always marvel at how countries detect the presence of a foreign fighter jets over their Airspace and report such. Is it what radar does or is there a special system in place to detect such?

In modern day psychology terms, it is called the "broken windows theory", which states that if small signs of disorder (like graffiti on the walls, broken windows, trash lying around) are ignored, people will move on to bigger and more daring vices.

This is the reason why the first thing developed nations do is to make the environment beautiful as it lowers crime because the psyche of the average residents become beautiful too. Weird, I know but it's just the way humans are wired.

I take environment seriously. My house is a small house but the compound is full of nature - flowers and plants.

Nigeria and Nigerians do not know that environment is everything. People tends to behave in a way and manner their immediate physical environments looks like. This is the reason why those in ghettos, dirty and squalid environments behaves untrained.

Nigerian students would still mess up the place. Many Nigerians have the "I don care" attitude once they make use of public facilities. Some would poopoo in the toilet and use their dirty hands to stain the walls.

It is going to be a watered-down version that they are going to teach them. There are whole lots of divergent views on some important part of the history that may not be taught because of the divergent views held by different people regarding that particular issue in the history of Nigeria

When you travel outside Nigeria, you will begin to understand how corruption has under developed the country in all segments of Nigeria. Our standards in this country are terribly low. Sadly, those standards are being celebrated regularly by corrupt politicians and their supporters. I have been to Europe, Canada, US and Southern Africa, Southern Africa countries are miles ahead of other parts of Africa in terms of infrastructural development

I don't know why it is difficult for ladies, especially young girls to walk out from abusive relationships. Is it that they fear that they me be unable to get another man or that their friends would make mockery of them, making some if them to stay put?
