Is it that our government cannot afford to fund a decent health centers? Any sight of some public hospitals disgusts me. See how the place looks like abandoned heath center.

I wonder the kind of mind people get to buy open and cut out things from Abokis. You will see people buying cut out watermelon, pineapple and other fruits. I buy things from Abokis but not something that has been cut open. I buy and go to my house and peel them after washing in steam water. I do not buy suya again from Aboki. The name, "moremonee" doesn't sound digital. Name matters in everything. You don't give a child a name that sound awkward within his or her environment or his tribe. Fintech is a "tribe" and names of firms in the industry are formed to indicate that.

The guy go wait tire na. Most Nigerians don't do research before going to UK to study big fancy programs. Some have finished the so called programs that usually start with, "Applied" this and "Appplied" that, without any hope of getting a job in their fields. It's even worse in Canada. There are some that have finished their masters and gone back to do one year PSW or any other support work programs in colleges to land a job.

Whoever is handling this Vanguard newspaper's blogging section is not doing a detailed research and evidence- based reporting.

If you are Nigerian with intention of studying in UK, Canada and any Western country with intention of seeking Job opportunities, with good chance of success, consider vocational and diploma programmes in health and trades.

Presently we have a massive grown up second Generation africans in Germany/ Austria/Swiss, their being black is in no way a disadvantage in the job market because they are better integrated languagewise and otherwise than the first generation. They choose a carrier path they have passion for just like the natives do.

Of course, there is always an exception. Blacks that were born there stands shoulder to shoulder with the native. The population I had in mind are people that are interested in migrating or to study in Germany. Vocational and trades profession jobs are easier to get than the high precision tech jobs and highbrow streets business and finance jobs

It's not a well paid job in Nigeria. We are talking about Germany, here. However if you are lucky to study Mortuary Science at a diploma level (vocational) in any Western countries, including Germany, you are guaranteed a job.

Those jobs takes time to come and not everyone , especially blacks that study the program would be lucky to land the so called high-paying jobs. As an immigrant, vocational and trades skills qualifications would help you with securing decent job than parading a high class degrees and postgraduate degrees. You stand far better chance of securing jobs in Germany if you study vocational nursing or other health care related programs at diploma levels, tech programs at vocational level and trades skills programs at diploma level.

When I was still in corporate Nigeria, my bosses were my "Next of Kin" and not my wife or children. I had to explain that to my wife when she saw who I used as "next of kin" in a document. She questioned why it was not her or any of our children.

Currently, my next of kin is one of my rich neighbors that we greet and do jogging together. I trust he is someone that if called on any emergency concerning me, he would act immediately. Next of kin should be someone that has the means, both financial and the capacity to act on your behalf, in case of emergency for you. Do not use a lame duck as your next of kin.

But for inheritance purposes, where your assets, savings or investments have to be given to next of kin, you can use your family member - wife, children or parents. My point is in case of any emergency, always indicate a capable person as next of kin. If I travel and had to fill form in a hotel, i use my capable friend as next of kin.

Don't take Nigeria's politics and politicians too seriously for your sanity. Focus on yourself, your success and that of your family. Prioritise your success above everything, including above the nation, as when the chips are down, it would boil down on how you are contented with your life and not that of the politicians or the nation

I never took the man serious during the 2023 election. I believed he was there to play a "role" and a "script" that were already prepared by APC. In Nigeria politics, the more you look, the less you see. Sadly, the supporters may not understand the political game being played
