This one is looking for cheap publicity and at the same time, blaming the doctor. The doctor is in business and nothing more. What plan did the family put in place to offset their bills? Or were they expecting the doctor to discharge them without paying. Nairalanders are already castigating the doctor. The bill increased for each day the twins and the mother spent in the hospital. That's how it works. If your bill is 20k and you fail to pay, after one week, it would get to 30k as long as you are being sheltered in the hospital |
No be Gandollar I see so with cap inside church or is my eye paining me? |
I hope the change here is real and not the imaginary change we have here in Nigeria under those that promised us change. Be careful with those that promise change in Africa. I hope the "Umbrella Democratic Party" would give the Botswanians people real change they yearned for. |
McAthur and Rockefeller foundations will come after him and drop mega dollars for him to continue doing his good works. ![]() |
ednut1:I have been saying it but people didn't understand. Obi and LP were agents used to stop Atiku. Obi has never suffered any harassment of any sort from the government despite the bitter election. He has been somehow pampered and well accomodated by the current regime. OBJ came on board not because of his love for Obi, but the intent was to push Obi on and stop Atiku. Utomi, Kenneth Okonkwo are Tinubu's loyalists. OBJ drafted Doyin Okupe to LP as part of the game plan. Okupe was his former aide. OBJ would rather support Tinubu than Atiku, his sworn enemy. |
This one will finally die in the Israeli maximum security prison. Or he may be used as a bargaining chip for any captured Israeli troop by Hezbolla |
HelenaWills:George Weah won it in 1995 as the first African player to win it. |
I knew that Dangote was lying and didn't say the whole truth. He thought it was business as usual, to monopolise the trade and establish dominance. He met his match in Tinubu, who is also cunny and understands the game very well. The reason the presidency is not succumbing to his antics. The warning is clear: sell at a fixed price or else, we would keep importing to maintain equilibrium price |
The resume is watery and shallow I can see Umahi's handwriting written all over this appointment. Umahi is the most powerful SE politician in Tinubu's cabinet and he can influence lots of things, including the appointment of his former SSG as the VC of unizik. To be honest, the man's CV didn't cut it for me for that position. Appointment of VCs in Nigeria is based on who has the strongest connection to the presidency and the ministry of education |
Very unserious set of people. Just imagine!!! Is her beauty the most important thing for the useless senator? Instead of focusing on important things relating to her portfolio, he was busy admiring physical beauty. ![]() |
He has failed!!! He hasn't lived up to expectations and the hype. His achievements are just too watery. As a technocrat he is, I expected a robust development for the state. His achievements are just like that of a typical Nigerian politician.I have not seen any completed project commissioned by the governor. He is always flagging off projects. ![]() |
I wonder how his family would feel reading this kind of nonsense. Even though they are trying to put up a united face. They must be disappointed at their father |
No matter how you hate Sowore of Sahara reporters, he revolutionarize investigative reporting in Nigeria. No wonder Sahara reporters have continued to received millions of dollars in funding and aide from Mc Author Foundation and Rockefeller in US. |
The lecturer no try! No boundaries. Typical Nigerian University lecturer with zero common sense. There is nothing wrong in having department dinner with students, hod and lecturers. It becomes worrisome when something like this one happens. |
The most unpopular ballon d or winner in history. ![]() |
Zonefree:He wasn't a lucky player during his playing days, even though he was extremely talented. He remains the most popular Nigerian player in the international stage and commanded huge international fans followers more than kanu. |
In Trump's words: "Snatch it; grab it and run with it." ![]() |
It would be a disaster if these terrorists starts targeting the power infrastructure. If they succeed, other radical groups in the south may start doing the same and that would spell doom for the country. It is not about the president or the minister of power, it is about the consequences of insecurity that has taken a frightening dimension |
N3TRAL:Samson Siasia - He is now a free agent after serving his ban ![]() |
I hope the black woman there, holding her is not a Nigerian prophetess. If she is, then, your guess is as good as mine. |
Gandoller shouldn't allow this to stay ![]() He should replicate the Edo state strategy in his own state. He has been saying that the Edo state model would be used by APC to "win" future elections in Nigeria. Wetin happen for Kano ? ![]() |
bigCassava:If you have the funds, please return to school for medicine. If you have upper second class or distinction in msc and you don't have problems transitioning to other fields, follow recruitment with consulting firms, big 4, banking and financial institutions for graduate level positions. Don't restrict yourself to just Biology and life sciences to have your career there. People work in sectors that they didn't study in school. People like us studied engineering and went ahead to have successful careers in banking, audit and management consulting. |
Spin4:In Nigeria, it is absolute trash. It may pay if you are in Canada or UK. Those with qualifications in Geriatrics and gerontology work in long term care settings, hospices, retirement and shelter homes. It's always a stepping stone to practical and registered nursing profession in Canada for international students. I know someone that studied gerontology in a college in Canada. She is working in a long-term care setting. Her intention is to go back to school for practical nursing program after getting her PR. |
Atiku lost the presidency on account of his inability to manage the fallout of the primaries. He did strong head for Wike and Wike showed him pepper. You don't treat people anyhow and expect loyalty. Wike seems to be one of the only politician from the South to challenge a powerful northern establishment like Atiku |
It is not always good. But if you don't have any choice, just go back. Hunger dey for the country. Unemployment in Nigeria can drive one into depression. When you get back, take on more challenging roles, humble yourself and maintain good relationships with colleagues and management. Lots of gossips will definitely swirl around about your return but be at peace with everyone and keep your head held high and be on the look out for a better opportunity outside. |
Gbajue! I hope I got it right? |
Putin is eager to end the war ----- He is just tired and the war has affected Russia badly. He underestimated the resolve of the West to support Ukraine. He thought that there would not be any Western answer to his invasion as he did in 2014 and annexed Crimea without any vocal Western disapproval. He is seeing shege in the frontlines, even though Ukraine is loosing but the impact of western weapon in the war is obvious. Russia couldn't believe the level of causalities on its side. |
This man always doing as if he is fighting the Igbo cause. Everybody is seeing the Shege in Nigeria and not just SE only - ministerial position is not what is paramount. He should focus on getting the president to do his work I have come to see it that appointing someone from your zone does not confer any advantage as long as the country is not moving forward and everybody is struggling. It only favors the politicians. If tomorrow, Tinubu appoints this Abaribe as minister or gives him a juicy post, he would start singing a different tune. Leave politicians and their antics. |
Asaba and Owerri seems to have one thing in common. if you know, you know ![]() |
I have also been donating to the cause of St. Augaustin University for the past ten years, without failing. Every Catholic Church in the Lagos archdiocese is required to collect second offerings on every second Sunday of the month for the support of the university. |
Everfrank:It won't happen. Mark this thread. Winning the second world war sealed the current domination of the world affairs by US and her western allies. Alliance led by Russia and China won't work. The US domination has come to stay. It is not just about US government, you have to also fight US entities, which BRICS cannot, as they are not as established as their US counterparts. Remove China from BRICS and you will see that all other countries combine cannot challenge US dominance. Bro, the US leadership has come to stay |
