Bro, Playing is the fastest and easiest means to make a name in football.

Being a pundit or in other occupations in football is not easy, as you must have paid your dues as a player, coach, TV sport presenter or being and English man

Try and research for some football academy in Naija and see their so that you can decide on whether to register him in one of the academy or not. Just try to assist and guide him to follow his passion.

My brother - I don't have that time and it is going to be stressful as the nearest academy is far

There is a public secondary school in my area, where people go to play football on Saturdays and Sunday

I do go there sometimes with him as I like jugging and doing some yoga with other people

Kids of his age used to come and play in one of the sections of the school field, which was managed by one local coach.

Sadly, the big men in my area, that formed their own "saturday - Sunday Morning" football club have bribed the school security guards,

took over the whole field and there is no more place for young stars. Only pot-bellied rich men comes there and occupies the whole school compound.

I am sure over time, as reality sets in, the desire will just fade away. He is just excited watching footballers do their thing - that is just my thinking.

He has the normal skill expected of a 9 year old boy. My own is that he should face his studies and take football as an extra-curricular activity.

Who do you think in the current PDP can match BAT? Even if Kwakwanso decamps to PDP or joins forces with PDP, he would still not get the ticket.

Alhaji has become a bone in the neck of PDP, and they cannot do without him. How did the bank officer ascertained that the building belongs to the wife? Even if the building is in the name of both couples, the bank will still request the express approval of the joint owner, to accept that the asset would be used as a collateral for the loan.

Everybody deserves respect and we should not embarrass people like that, even if you are a priest. This is major difference between us and the West - respect for people, even if that person is a child. We are too violent pruned and react to anger immediately in physical manner. I understand that the priest is human, he should control his anger. The alter boy is offering a selfless service - he is not paid to be in that mass to support the priest. He came on his own volition and should be appreciated.

Despite the overbearing influence of his father, even getting him into the Real Madrid academy. Parents should provide guidance and mentorship to their kids and not imposing any career on them. Some people that could have excelled as footballer never got the chance to enter well-known football academy. Some got their kids into the academy but their kids couldn't deliver. I will keep monitoring my kids to know where their respective aptitudes lies instead of imposing anything on them, just for personal pride and glory. It is good to provide your kids with options and the benefit of each career and let their aptitude guide their eventual decision.

I don't want to sound unpatriotic but it is high time we started appointing minister of education from the Southern part of the country. I cant remember the last time somebody from the South was appointed as minister of education. Even among educated elites in Nigeria, the perception of education between a northern person is different from that of southern person. It even becomes more glaring in the way both region approach education and what should be done and not done; what is ideal learning and what is not; how education should be pursued and how it should not be pursued.

The quality of of human beings in Nigeria is extremely low. It becomes even lower when one moves up north the country. This is the reason why the world doesn't bath an eyelids when news like "500 people died in Nigeria or Africa". But once there is a news of five people dying or shot dead in US or Europe, it would become news.

You may be pardoned of some of your electoral malpractices you committed then, as your administration was the best, in terms of economic policies and management of resources.

We were able to jump from one good job to another because of huge opportunities that existed in the telecoms, banking, consulting and other sectors, respectively. Comparing your administration to the current one of Tinubu, economically, is like comparing apple 🍎 to bitter lemon 🍋

I dont know why flags of different nationalities that make up Nigeria are more beautiful and finer than our own national flag.
