17/18 kwa?? No o. I was 15 going on 16 when I wrote mine. The only very few of us was older than 17. A very miniscule percentage, as a matter of fact. The vast majority was 15/16/17.

At age 17/18, I was already in the University.

I can't even imagine writing Waec/Neco at that age. cheesy

The common entrance will show if they are mentally capable for secondary school. Not age.

Growing up, I was home schooled at first and then went to Kindergarten 1&2. When I was in Kindergaten 2, the Headmistress told my parents that taking me to KG 3 would be a waste of time and that's how I had double promotion to Primary 1.

I was so tiny but they acknowledged my mental capacity.
