Baba just imagine having to secure this large window (pic 1) into the wall with these tiny piece of rod.

Also remember we use broken blocks, woods and mortar to fix our windows in place and not concrete. See pic 2 below

Imagine this large window in pic 3 without a very strong extension into the wall. I’d rather sleep without one than have this on my window.

I’d be ok with the design in pic 4 below or something close but definitely not buying those shiny fabrication without functionality.

I don't think 4 is in any way differ from others.

My point is if you can afford that kind of roof, you can afford to adequately place enough pillars and beams to transfer the load.
Imagine the weight of the roofing sheets plus the weight of the wood on the walls!

Your point is clearer now. Mine na longspan even with pillars.

If that's what makes the owner happy, let it be according to Egunmogaji?

Is it better to run pipes underground passing through the room linking outside to the sockaway or let the pipe pass outside the normal way exposed.

I'm just scared of the 6inch pipes underground years later having any issues that will warrant the pipes to be pulled out,thereby destroying the tiles to get access to the pipe

With quality pipes, you have no worries. Exposed is ok if you feel it does not disfigure the building.
