platorepublic: Bag of cement in my area today is N3100 from N3400 last year. Location is Abeokuta
I think the price is gradually coming down I have said it. We are going back to 2,650/2,700. Otherwise their cements go turn bricks/blocks. If you are a cement seller and you are reading this, better start selling at a price that is less than 3,000 before the price go turn 2700. Iree o. No be joke o. |

omoluabi87: Good morning. If you need more testimonials it's better you reach me directly. It is very unlikely that anyone that has bought land will still be following this thread unless he/she wants to acquire more and wants to know what I have before calling.
I do not sell land. I only serve as an intermediary in return for which I collect a commission. I have two farms: one of the ibadan - Ife road and the other in eruwa. It is based on this that I get to meet potential vendors and ascertain authenticity. That is why most if not all, my lands are in these two areas.
It is the seller(s) that determines minimum quantity, not me. You can get as low as 1 acre as long as there is a vendor that is ready to sell. As you can see, people are interested. As an intermediary, have you confirmed these lands are free from govt acquisitions or family wahala. ? The commission you get from the seller should propell you to be aggressive in your marketting. Are these sellers omo onile or estate companies? |

Bakin3: The Biofil toilet digester system is a modern waste (toilet) management technology; it’s a small enclosed concrete chamber that replaces the septic tank or manhole and requires only a small space (Land).
Its’ construction is cheaper and safer compare to Septic tanks or Man-hole system. The digester mimics decomposition in natural environments: living organisms/bacteria in an enclosed concrete chamber that treat all decayable matter (human waste) through aerobic decomposition.
It is environmentally friendly, very hygienic, produces no odor and very cheap to install in your home or office. Interesting. |

BuildingProject: The least I could get is 41k around Ota area for 10 tire. Meanwhile it's sold for 20k in ifo. And this is the truck that was supplied today. I don't know if this is how they pack it cause it doesn't look like something that is filled up. Sincerely, we really don't know how the measurements work. @Chekitout can give a conjectural idea of ideal measurements. |

Bakin3: We construct Bio digester (Modern Sock away)
Once you have it in place.
✔you no longer call trucks to come evacuate human waste,
✔it doesn't smell
✔it doesn't attract flies or crokroaches,
✔just a small space is needed for it,
✔it's eco-friendly
✔and doesn't contaminate the groundwater

I have said this before. He is more of parasitic. You are benefitting from here and you have not deemed it to enlighten people here on roofing only to post advert and sing personal eulogies. I have no aversion for you but I abhor the parasitic instinct. The only reason I won't give you my jobs. |
