Joezinho: Agu's words in november last year, "..We have heard a lot about him, but in honesty we have resolved not to bring in new players considering the sensitivity of the qualifiers. We would only invite players we have been working with before.."
Adebayo Adeleye by a country mile is Nigeria's best goalkeeper today, it is a travesty he has been gets excluded again and again by Agu all because they know that the day he walks into camp, he becomes number 1.
Imagine for 5 years, we don’t have a reliable goalkeeper. That has never happened before in our history.
Agu na scam. I thought he invited him but never gave him the chance. Very pathetic.
Joezinho: We have good goalies around the globe. Adebayo Adeleye is quite good. At least he's better than the ones we have. Good reflexes, commands his defense line and is quite vocal..
He also has great ball playing skills and he’s just 21..
Sometimes i wonder what is wrong with Agu. Is he blind or he just chooses to act blind?
I read somewhere he is the captain of his team. That’s very impressive.
Joezinho: We brag about having one of the best squads in africa but we can't find a good goalie. Naija na just hype abeg. Over hype infact. We have better GKs out there but our useless GK coach Alloy Agu refuses to call them up...Adebayo Adeleye who plays for Hapoel Jerusalem is there but has not been given a chance.
Agu is doing us a disservice.. Imagine Noble who is a bench warmer with Enyimba and has been reported to be a jittery goalie makes the team for better goalkeepers in the league, like Olorunleke Ojo (Enyimba) or Adewale Adeyinka (Akwa Utd) who would have been far better choices from the domestic league.
Na wa ooooo! So, we have a goalkeeper in Isreali first division but still overlooked by Alloy Agu, huh?
There’s another one in Slovenia or Slovakia but we never hear anything.
Alampasu was never given a chance to prove himself despite playing in Portugal
Shma: Maybe you have it but the laws to enforce it is weak. I can drop several pics of your - slum, residential, and office space - integrated in one zone, cos that is what I'm using as a justification for my sentiments.
Of course, Kenya is not the only country that is strictly adhering to zoning laws. We have so many cities in the south and north doing so, and I can give you an example: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, Kigali., Windhoek, etc.
If Kenya is truly adhering to zoning laws, how come the biggest slums in the world are in Kenya, huh?
Shma: Just as Rvp has said. Fix your electricity. Then, engage in city beautification. I know Nairobi is not yet there, but the strategies on the ground suggest a lot.
One key aspect that will be a game-changer in your cities is zoning laws. Lagos has potential. Know where to set residential houses and office towers. Enforce strict rules & regulations to curb open defecation. know where to build certain buildings and where not. Eko is something that could supposedly be a game-changer but as things go, there are no hopes.
Who told you there’s no zoning laws in Lagos State?
Why don’t you try build house in Lagos State and see how strict and difficult it is to get approval?
We are still on getting an approval since last year but because of the rigorous process, we are yet to get.
Don’t deceive yourself thinking Kenya is the only country in Africa that knows and follows zoning laws.
If there is no Zoning laws in Lagos State, Ikeja, Ikoyi etc would have had numerous skyscrapers long ago though Ikoyi was exempted recently and have already seen 2 skyscrapers already while many are springing up.
lbrichman2: I don't think he's bad You know coaches can't do much with average players We have above average players, atleast in Africa Even Rohr boosted his CV with our team I expect Peseiro to do better
I have seen how his team played when he was at Braga. Not bad.
At least, his team then had winning mentality which I think is key to winning a medal.
I hate hearing these revelation mainly due tonthe cockiness and arrogance of those in charge. Asif they are God that can project the next Nigerian that will win 3 EPL titles and at least 2 UCL titles in 13yrs period.
Now I'm seeing the Biola Kazeem tweet and if that is true, then it means coachito might be arrogant.
Na dem sabi sha. My opinion on this kine matter no go reach anywhere.
The thing really pained me then. There was a time I argued with some monikers here because of him but they said we don’t need him.
That was even before he was finally capped.
Dem no sabi scout for talent and their interest is their pockets.
Papi85: it was rumored that alaba and his agent contacted the fa to be part of the 2009 u17 team but was told that they wish to use players locally based in 9ja then. The set that produces the likes of omeruo, aziz, sani Emmanuel and Onazi
Famocious: I agree with you, he would have brought a lot of difference to our attacking line up. I don't know how true the info is but Biola Kazeem is a reputable fella when it comes to football info..
I think it is better he publicly declares he is out of retirement instead of trying to pass through the back door.
TheGoodJoe: Tah, you are not being truthful. If you remembered, you would not have put it. Oliseh removed Lukman for not playing well. That is not a tactical reason.
\
Yu said you had to browse to find out the reason Oliseh took Lukman out. Did you read he didn't change Lukman for tactical reason?
TheGoodJoe: Which one is lie again? Since I started watching football, with hundreds of games watched, I can not tell you one game that was level in first half and the coach made a tactical change.
TheGoodJoe: I can not remember. Even Manchester City where the game is level and we make change without injury. I can't remember. Even this Haruna own, I had to browse why and it was clearly not a tactical reason.
So far, your point is still wrong.
You browse to know the reason but I can still remember the reason. If not, how can I remember something of 7 years ago?.
Mr! did the browsing tell you it was not not tactical reason? show me. I want to show you something.
TheGoodJoe: Wrong how? Who said it is not possible. My point was clearly, it is irregular and uncommon.
It was an absurd suggestion from you and then to try to make it look like a normal tactical move. You said the coach was tactically inept for not doing it.
I am telling you it is very rare. You have seen it is.
Learn and move on.
Who said "since, I started watching ball, I can't remember.......Habamana! you know wetin you talk na. Why you con dey lie like this? Habamana! Habamana!
TheGoodJoe: What facts did you present? A friendly match and a game in 2015 where from what I saw, Oliseh was angry with how Lukman was playing and took him off.
Was that the context of what the discussion was about?
The discussion was tactical changes. Unless you do not know what a tactical change is.
You criticised the coach unfairly. That is the truth and you can now see you are totally wrong expecting the coach to make changes in the first half with respect to tactics when the game was level and fairly balanced.
I repeat, your idea was wrong. You have browsed and seen you were making a tactically wrong suggestion.
Finito.
Do you want me to show you more?
Perhaps, you were lying all along you can't remember when a player got sub in first half or before second half. Chaiiii! you can lie yiooooooo!
