Bhuhahahaha! 1. Prism 2. UAP Tower 3. Britam Tower 4. Times Tower 5. Kenya international conference 6. Social Security house. Except you have topped out skyscrapers. |

Joebie: The award will only be open to those who are still homebased. If this were a serious award, Eze or his reps will not be coming to collect the award. It would seem out of place. So let’s name the category appropriately, or disqualify those who are now foreign based all together. As long as they played for the SE as home based, they are qualified. |

That shows how underwhelming your Nairobi Kenya city is. Bhuhahahaha! No wonder slum full ya Nairobi city because it was never planned. |

rvp20183: Pictures please - Not PLANS. Eko City is dead. Nigerians are so poor they cannot fill the current office space in Lagos - leave alone in Eko City.
This Eko City is like's Kenya's Konza City - very slow progress. Eko city is not like your dead Konza city. Beside, the two skyscraper called Eko pearls there are buildings completed or under construction. This is the render of Eko energy estate. It comprises of many 21 storey buildings of which three have been completed. I saw it with my eyes. See picture 1 & 2 Azuri towers comprises of 3 skyscrapers with heights more than 140m. Already topped out. You can see another structure is rising behind the three buildings. (See picture 3 & 4) Beside, these is Alfa 1. The first building in Eko Atlantic. Show on single block molded in Kenya's Konza city. Have you seen a Boulevard before? Don't worry, you will see one for the first time Eko Atlantic city. rvp20182: Slowly your 2018 unrealistic budgets are at best ..both Federal & States are 40B compared to Kenya national & state realistic budget of 33-35B.You cannot finance both state and federal budget because they are just kamikaze acts by your gov.As a reminder to get to Kenya level you need total budget 4 times our.To get to South Africa you federal budget alone need to be 120B dollars.Dont wonder why Nigeria is poor..it's in that miniature budget funded by Oil and nothing more. Only six states alone commands the total budget of $12.7b dollars. How can the total amount of both Federal and states still be $40b dollars? Wake up! |

rvp20183: For argument sake - let say it's 28.9B (round off to 29B) - against yours 25B - that is entirely based on Oil (with unrealistic projections ). Now you are talking. Compare Nigeria's $70b budget for both Federal and state governments with Kenya's $29b dollars for both central and 47 counties. Then you can see Kenya is below the pecking order. I have proven beyond reasonable doubt with concrete, genuine and reliable source that Nigeria's Service sector is 3- 4 times of Kenya's service sector. No need for unecessary perambulating. If you now add Nigeria's industrial and Agricultural sector, Nigeria budget is more realistic than that of Kenya's. Go and ask why your budget was slashed. |
