Russia has hypersonic missiles it can launch to destroy the country in a Day,but of course for now Russia is avoiding nuclear options and focusing on just old direct tactical contact with just a very small fraction of it's army and Ukraine is already extremely losing.
Why not just declare neutrality and have your country back so you can start rebuilding what is left,why wait till millions of your people die and your country turns to rubbles when it's clear you will only have one option in the end, surrender
