wetin my drinking habbit gat to do wit d discharge of my ministerial duty, dat is very personal nd shud not b politicised, been a teetotaler does not guarantee competence nd accountability too. so u just hav to forget my drunkeness nd focus on my potentials as a minister of dis city meanwhile if i cant sponsor a bill directly due to d fact dat am not a member of d national assembly I can still influence d passage of a bill due to d fact dat am a member of d federal cabinet. I just hav to put my political tools into proper use
