Samalex2008: Pls, give me detail on how to work around this. Pls, I need all the details. Thanks.
I hope u'be confirmed that ur phone is an mtk (China) device!

Download MobileUncle MTK Tools, and install it on your device. This tool required ROOTED device for using it.

Open MobileUncle MTK Tools and select Engineering Mode>select Engineer Mode (MTK)> look at the top and select Connectivity>select CDS Information>select Radio Information.

In here you can see Phone 1 and Phone2, Click on it if you wanna change or re-write your device IMEI.

If you wanna change or re-write IMEI on SIM 1 then click on Phone 1....same for Phone 2.

When writing an IMEI you have to follow the manner or this will not work and make problem to our device.
Manner For Phone

At the front of AT+, type q n delete....this will come up.
1: insert “AT +EGMR=1,7,"put ur new bb imei here”

For Phone 2 insert “AT +EGMR=1,10,"put ur new imei here”

After finishing inserting them, click Send button.

Reboot ur phone when u are through, dial *#06# to check ur new imei number.

You can get imei of a bb by dialing *#06# on any bb phone.

I recommend u change only sim 1 N make sure u copy ur old imei somewhere safe!

Any p, let me know!

Bonne chance!

ugotex85: Good info. Please can one offer courses like Law, Medicine, Music on the site and have the appropriate certificates issued, let's say for free or for a token?
No. The best you can find are specific courses in Law, Med, etc. By the way, they are not giving you a degree!

Samalex2008: Nice job @OP and others here. I have registered with this edx sometimes but I never try a course. I guess, this will give me motivation to do somethins ASAP.

I have a course I have been offering on alison.com for almost a year but the data consumption sucks because it is video-graphic and cannot be downloaded. In the case of edx, coursera can they be downloaded and study later?
Don't know for edx, but coursera allows download of course materials.
EducationRe: Edx - An Educative Online Program by franconian:
@all, "Programming Mobile Applications for Android Handheld Systems": that course is currently on coursera, it starts today. You can still register if u like....nothing much yet, it's just the introduction.

"Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship": This one starts on 29/09.

For those complaining about data sub, I know how it feels to see that exciting course, enrolled for it but couldn't make any progress cos of the expensiveness of data sub in our country. I will advice you try the mtn sme package guys cos their data are quite cheap.
And also, If you have an andriod mtk phone, better. I sub 1k for 3gb for one month.
If u have a bb, great. Simply sub it and go to class smiley, It will download all you videos and course materials....transfer them to your pc.

For those worried about a 247 data connection....u really don't need to be connected all the time, you can learn at your own pace. Just make sure you meet "deadlines".

I have been using coursera, never heard of this.

Okay.... I just checked it out. It looks great but I think courera is still a better option for me.

OP thanks anyways!

Unfortunately our do-NOTHING state governors and LGA chairmen are not complementing these efforts by regularly recruiting for the schools and hospitals under their charge nor providing TAP water for all their residents and maintaining the 83% of all Nigerian roads under their constitutional RESPONSIBILITY shocked

Feranmicharles: Drinking fanta and coke since 100BC
grin grin na e diabetes never finish you?

rawpadgin: I don't drink to get drunk
I know my limits
Yeah Bro, we all know our limits, but it takes real discipline to drink within the limit all the time. I have noticed that I easily get drunk when I am not the one buying the drinks. So, I have learned to be buying my drinks when I am out with ma guys.

But talk truth, b4 u learn this limit tin, yawa nor ever gas against u?

Krak: This is the very reason why I don't take alcohol.
Well, prevention they say is better than cure. But I must tell you Bro, alcohol is a beautiful thing! It only gets nasty when you take it too much. Same for almost every other thing we consume.
The only p with alcohol is that the more u take it, the more u long for more.....till u can barely pick a glass up!
HealthEver Gone Crazy After Taking Too Much Alcohol? Narrate Your Craziest Experience! by franconian(op): 12:26pm On Sep 17, 2014
People take Alcohol for different reasons. I'm not really an "alcoholic" guy but once in while, I do take alcohol (in parties mostly). Most times, I don't get drunk..... just to do the needful - dance/gyrate.

But in two occasions, I have gone overboard and went crazy.

Let me narrate this one.

I went for a party at a friend's place (family house) n got drunk. They didn't allow me to go home, so I had to sleep over. I woke up in the night, went outside n slept comfortably in the corridor. Unfortunately, a woman left her "black" (she uses firewood to cook) pot outside. I turned it upside down n it became my pillow for the night.

My friend whom I shared the the room with was drunk as well. When everyone woke up the next morning, they were surprised to see me enjoying my sleep outside but they decided to allow me wake up on my own.

I woke up around 9 a.m, still tipsy, and immediately went home without anyone knowing. I was in white t-shirt: "It was white" I would say, cos the floor n the charcoaled pot had dealt with it.

I had to walk for about 25 minutes before getting to my place. While I was walking home, I noticed people were looking at me - some were even laughing. I was still too tipsy to notice that over half of my face was black n my white was no longer fit to b called white.

When I got home, My dad recorded a video of me before allowing me to bathe. I took my bath, slept again n woke up later in the day looking sick.

When my dad came back in the evening, it was world war iii. To make matters worst, a girl I was wooing saw me too - I couldn't stand her when she was describing how I looked on my way home.

That's one of my two crazy experiences.... there will never b a third!

Now narrate yours!
