POST UTME is more reliable than JAMB. it increases the competition among students as only the best will be admitted on merit before the man know man system of Nigeria will be employed. So many good students who are helpless in this regard has been admitted as against the fraudulent exams conducted by Jamb. JAMB exams if filled with lots of malpractices & irregularities. Jamb should be scraped instead.
only those who want to cheat will agitate for the cancellation or scrapping of POST UTME

Doctors writing are neither learnt as a course nor codes for the purpose of hiding anything from patients.
It is true most people have bad writing & when u couple that with the busy & numerous things to handle within seconds, how many words u need to put down in a minute to catch up with the lecturer, it becomes worst.
This is the reality. Their bad writing started in medical school. some doctors have good writing though.

I do not think any country will be as corrupt as Nigeria.
Although other African countries are corrupt as evidenced in the list above but not in anyway close to Nigeria.
