I can't explain this to anyone but honestly I really do. I've recently got out of a narcissistic relationship 4 months ago and it really took a toll on me mentally that I recently realized that I've been depressed for months because my life was terrible and I was so broke to the point I was sleeping on the floor and this girl kept stressing the life out of me trying to tell her to not do this and not do that even still gaslighting me and painting me as an abusive person to our mutual friends and I don't tell people my relationship issues so I never for once told anybody anything about my relationship but she told everyone we knew about whatever happened in our relationship.



The breakup wasn't even official she just started avoiding me and I just left her be because I was already tired and stressed out from the life challenges I was facing at home both me and family even after telling her I scrapped my last funds to assist my dad in paying our house rent. I don't want to make it look like she's the cause of my problems because I like taking responsibility for my life not anybody else but I can't help the fact but realize that I changed so much that for the past months I've been trying to find myself and it's like depression has become my new identity



Even my close friend treated me like I was a nuisance by avoiding me when I was at my lowest point after the breakup even after being with him through his own hard times, doing things for him, giving him my clothes and even buying things for him, I've been angry and tired for months but I kept going to make money before the end of the year and I'm doing so well now and I've made money.



I no longer sleep on the floor, I no longer use my old phone that was stressing my life [I bought a new one so I use two], I'm fatter and more healthier, I'm no longer friends with those guys anymore, I'm no longer hard on myself by using hateful words on me, I'm trying to correct the aspects I did wrong in my last relationship and trying to learn healthy communication, I'm practicing self love by working on my skin, face and photo skills since I'm more of the introvert, I'm really handsome now as I can say to the point that I get 2 matches daily on tinder (that's if I'm active on there but I barely even use the app) and I'm trying to regain and even better myself but I'm exhausted, I'm weak and I feel no resolve to do anything.



I tried having sex recently but my third leg... it didn't get up and then I realized that through those dark times it was p*rn that kept me going, anytime I felt too sad or angry I would watch hardcore p*rn and rub one off then sleep and wake up the next day and start grinding. I gave birth 9 months ago and for some reason, my mom never expressed interest in visiting me and my child. She is a new wife now and I heard from some family members that when she wanted to come, her new husband said ‘your daughter has other people around, why are you worrying yourself’.

I did not take it personally at all. My mother has never been a dependable person. Me and my mom still talk everyday and my child is always on her status. This is her ONLY grandchild.

My mom’s elder sister’s (my aunty) youngest child is moving to my area. My aunty said that she’ll visit me during the move, and come and hold baby. She reached out to my mom and even told my mom that if they plan it, they can visit me together. My mom and my aunty are VERY close. I even consider my aunty my second mom in a way.

Suddenly, my mom starts calling me, saying she wants to plan her visit. I say okay. But with work and everything, my aunty will get here before her. She started telling me not to let my aunty into my house, saying that my aunty is a husband snatcher etc. she said my aunty will destroy my home. I tell her I don’t care about that. She started calling their mutual friends and telling them to tell me that my aunty is a husband snatcher. I did not fall for that.

Frustrated, she called my aunty and said that the truth is that my husband is uncomfortable. She said that MY husband is not from our town and that my husband’s people don’t like visitors. She said that I did not tell her about this out of respect.

My aunty called me and was apologizing, saying that she did not know. I responded and said that this is a lie. I even put my husband on the phone. Here’s my mistake - I sent her a screenshot showing my mom saying that she’s a husband snatcher and that’s why I should not let her into my home.

My aunty and I now agreed that we should let peace reign and that she won’t visit. She said she will still like to see me and we can meet somewhere. MATTER SUPPOSE TO END.

My mom decided to bring my aunty husband into this. She told my auntys husband that his wife is not respecting my husband’s wishes. My auntys husband now sent her my screenshot saying that he knows the real reason and that your child doesn’t even support you.

The screenshot has shattered my mom. She feels betrayed. My siblings who live with my mother are calling me a betrayer. I want to salvage the relationship between my siblings and I, not so much my mother. I have not spoken to any of them since the screenshot.

What do I do? How do I approach this.

Hundreds of Muslims in Oyo State on Saturday staged a peaceful protest in solidarity with Palestinians, who they described as the victims of the ongoing war between Israel and Palestine militant group, Hamas.

DAILY POST reports that the protest started at the Iwo Road under bridge around 9:00 am and culminated at OTM Mosque in Iwo Road around 12:00 pm.
The protesters, who gathered at Iwo Road, noted that many innocent lives have been lost as a result of the war.

They explained that they organised the rally in solidarity with Palestinians, who they said have been adversely affected by the war.

Our correspondent reports that the protesters were surrounded by security men, including men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps and the Police, to prevent a breakdown of law and order.

Those who were at the rally organised by Congruence of Islamic Organisations in the state
include top Islamic scholars, clerics and leaders of various Muslim organisations.

Some of those who spoke at the rally include Grand Mufti, Conference of Islamic Organisations, Lagos, Sheikh Dhirulahi Shafi, Dr Daud Amao Alaga, Barrister Abdulrahman Olaiya and a professor of Chemical Engineering, Modiu Durowoju.

The protesters, during the rally, called for an urgent peace process to bring the war to an end.
The professor of Chemical Engineering, Modiu Durowoju, who addressed journalists on behalf of the protesters, said that the international community led by the United Nations must retrieve the peace process from the monopoly of the United States.

He also suggested that the UN should prevail upon Israel to cease its bombing campaigns of Gaza and other areas.

He said, “The international community led by the United Nations should prevail upon Israel to cease its bombing campaigns of Gaza and other areas which has brought horror not just to the Palestinians but to the world.

“The United Nations should lead efforts at creating humanitarian corridors and ensuring that aid and relief packages have access into Gaza and other places.

“Any interim peace process must as a matter of necessity, incorporate the lifting of the siege of Gaza.
“The international community led by the UN must retrieve the peace process from the monopoly of the United States which has become part of the Israeli occupation machinery.
The world must work to bring Israel to the Two-States solution, compel it to halt settlement building and lift its siege of Gaza.”
