Yes schools does not realease official transcript to individual, they can only send to organization, by your request, except you have insider in ur sch that can help u get tge transcript out.

It depends on the documents you want to legalize
among this your documents, some will be authenticated at moe, why some are only for mofa, i hope what you have is your official copy of your transcript because moe dont accept student copy of your transcript ,35k would be able to do the job at moe&mofa if you are coming to do it yourself, and you must come very early to get number, because the number of people coming for authentication is doubling everyday.

3 know the requirements of your school, in terms of the documents they want from you for admission, those are the one you will legalize at there embassy after authenticating them in MOE&MOFA.

To legalize your educational documents, you start with ministry of education and foreign affairs there in togo, they are saddle with the responsibility of signing your documents after verifying them
Including obtaining court affidavit from there.
Before bringing it to ministry of foreign affairs in Abuja, thats if you want to use it in any Embassy in Nigeria here.
Note: for Evaluation for the purpose of NYSC, the schools in Togo do joint Evaluation.

Consult with the school you prefer and let them know you have h.n.d( Diploma of 3 years), it is not specific to a particular school, from your transcript they can consider. Ensure to apply for similar course as your diploma.

They don't look at HND or Bsc mostly. They look at credit hour or ECTS and the subjects treated as shown by your transcript. If it inline, and meet their requirements, they will admit you. else they could demand that you take additional courses to supplement for the areas you are found wanting. Or you can do 1 year PGD before starting the masters. Depends on the school.

You can get appointment but you must be very careful, when someone provide useful information here, some are quick to raise issue of scam, some of us provide information because we privy to get such information because of where we are and the nature of what we do, if im close to their embassy here in Abuja, im in a better position to provide information compared to someone else where, information provide here are subject to verification and others inputs, its unfair when you are privy to share information that will guides someone in response to the questions asked here.

I have been selected for admission in the selection procedure for msc in Tu Wein, my condition for admission is legalised copy of document to be sent to the school. I have two questions.

1. The original copy of my transcript are pictures of it sent to me. My uni doesn't give it out(hard copies) but someone was able to snap and send it to me, I also have the student copy of transcript, both copies signed and stamped. Will either of them be accepted for legalization as original copy is been requested?

2. I'm yet to start the legalization process, Do you think I would be able to meet my registration into Tu wien as its academic year for 2023W, 2024S consideration the legalization issues.

Hello bro, student copy or scanned copy of your transcript cannot be authenticated at federal ministry of education and ministry of foreign affairs here in Abuja, you need to request for the official copy from your school, some people use to use the address of
The ministry of education to request for the transcript from their school, because some schools only sends to institutions, and ministry of education permits that, you can pick from them and proceed with authentication there
I blieve you can meet up, you only need to get some from your school in sort out the issue of your transcript faster.

You may need affidavit of sponsorship from court, also the standard practice requires the first section school fees and expenses transferred into your account, thats shows commitment.

We've got a problem . I have a relative whose husband just had a masters admission to a university in Italy on scholarship. Though the university sent him the general requirements for visa applications if you are a Non_EU nationale but he was advised to still ask our Italian embassy for a detailed requirement list. My relative would be accompanying him as spouse. They called the VFS Lagos, sent several emails but no reply. She even contacted the Consulate at Abuja. However they told her that they only received the application documents sent to them from Lagos and since she and her husband would be submitting in Lagos , they should call Lagos embassy again . They called again today no reply and till today, the email has not been treated. Please if there is anyone that has travelled to Italy as a student and went along with their spouse to please state a detailed requirement list of what is needed by the spouse at the embassy . You will need to legalize your educational documents
At MOE&MOFA here in Abuja, including marriage certificate, birth certificates police character etc.

Let her do affidavit of change of name and newspaper
Publication, take it to NIN office to effect the change of the surname to yours, they will print another copy for her, show that the change have been effected.

I don't know how much the café may have charged you for using their service also.
