Your uncle's account is not the best bet for proof of founds. Where's the fund when they can't be accessed? That account is just what I call a "transit" account.
Your aunt's is not the best also because it's not liquid cash. However, it'll suffice better than your uncle's.
Length of stay depends on your program. For most masters, it's 24 months. I assume you're talking masters now.
