oga, I have been to Kano state and you can't compare it to southern states in terms for standard of living, Human development index,child education and yes open defecation is more rampant in the north including Kano..only few places in Kano is developed,the rest of the places are underdeveloped and still very much villages.

As long as you have that system the north will not progress even if you bring Harvard university to Kano.
By the way the education problem is not about university education but elementary education.
That is the correct place to focus ,hopefully they will get it right in Kaduna.
It will be interesting to learn which disciplines Dangote is recruiting for.
It will be interesting also to learn the quality of professors that can be attracted to work in Kano

Benue is a predominantly Christian state, all the states where you would see a Christian/Christian combo are predominantly Christian, what FFK is saying here is that kaduna is a circular state, hence should have it's religious demography represented as such in the government.

Does WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria (and globally) have the right to issue a fresh certificate to an individual after a previous issuance even when the individual never reported that the previous certificate contains error nor returned same to allow for a fresh certificate to be issued (just as they have done in the case of President Muhammadu Buhari)?
