For more than 24 hours, my internet wasn't working. If I tried to check my data balance, it would bounce back. There was no notice of data exhaustion from my network provider.

So, I decided to recharge all the same. Then, my internet kicked in, meaning that my data had finished but my network provider (MTN) failed to notify me.

This has been happening on both my Airtel and MTN lines. Plus, the incessant fake data exhaustion alerts I get while my data level is still above 5GB.

Has it been happening to others? Or, is it only me? If it's happening to many people, there's need for an outcry. So, Nlfpmod please help.

NOTE: Any digression from the topic will be reported instantly because this is getting me really angry. These networks would frustrate me for hours before I realize what's going on.

I almost spoil my phone bcs of this.

Hi guys!

I hope this my post gets to the FP, so I can get insights from a wider audience; even I know some might not make sense, but one thing I've learnt from the short time I joined this platform, is that - sense dey inside nonsense.

Pardon me, my write fit dey a bit lengthy.

I currently work with a multi-national startup coy. My net pay is a bit above 400k naira (this's at the moment), I've worked for about 2 years. I'm married with two kids and expecting the third.

Now my dilemma is that, I've not been able to save up funds, I feel like my living condition doesn't reflect what I earn. Shingbai like this, I no get for account. The last I could remember, I go deep hand for forex, e nearly give me hypertension (I lost about 2m). I still dey pay debt wey I incur as a result.

Now where I need assistance is, looking at the amount I'm earning, how do I spend? Please for those that will be kind enough to give suggestions, let it practically explained, as in help me break am down to the amount wey I suppose spend, how I suppose spend am, and wetin I suppose save.

I believe say many family people dey here wey get better experiences.

Even me wey be bachelor. I decided to cut down my budget to only 30k per week so that I can have more savings. O boy, I was scared and I know it won’t be possible.

Only me oh, except for once in a while wey my junior ones fit just ask for some change.

But like someone say above. Imagine you are only earning 300k and don’t budget beyond 300k per month. The remaining 100k is not meant to be spent.

If you are so concerned about letting the guy know you own the money. You can either call him or make schedules to make sure you are in the sane place at the same time. Then start a conversation and casually mention it that you been buy a car but have to sell it when it got faulty. Then appreciate him that your wife collected the money from you saying he wanted to add to it. Then thank him for that.

Better still, forget about it and just focus on your hustle.

i don't think you understand the post, marriage list is different from the general celebration expenses, it is what the family wants before they will release their daughter, the general ceremony is usually more expensive than the marriage list, if the man is already spending N1. 2m on just marriage list, just imagine how much the total marriage will cost , some families are just tio greedy.

Simple thing wey the guy go just give the girl belle. They can keep her with the belle if they want more than he can offer. He won’t even need to do white wedding, just go to court and move in.

It was working fine until about 30 minutes ago. And i have data on both my MTN and Airtel sim.

I can also make calls. But zero internet.

I am currently typing from a feature phone.

It is also the phone I use as a WiFi for my PC.

I have two female acquaintances that I will rather regard as friends. But they both told me “we are not friends” - the feelings are usually too deep that they will feel cheated as “just friends”


I don’t mind keeping a female friend if she is not billing me and we are not seeing each other (online stuff)

There is a popular say - the only dream that comes true in Nigeria is the dream of bed wetting - nothing else can be closer to the truth.

But I noticed something, this dream only come true in kids. Not when you are grown.

I remember when I was a kid - I usually swim inside my own urine by the time it’s morning. And I carried this attitude well into adolescence.

This unfailingly happens if I ever dream of urinating in my dream - no escape, it must come to pass.

But about a week ago, I dreamt I went into the toilet to urinate. I remembered feeling temporarily relieved in the dream. However, I will immediately feel pressed again and made the effort to urinate. This cycle continued till I realize it’s a dream.

I woke up to discovered my bladder was very heavy. But, not even a drop of urine despite the dream. I have been able to suppress my urine even though I was unconscious.

This surprises me. If I ever had that dream when I was younger, it is a sure banker that I will bed wet.


This begs the question - how does bed wetting works?


Note that up till my 20th birthday, I still bed wet once in a while. But I think the whole chapter closes the moment I stopped being a virg….
