I wonder why APC still exists with the massive corruption, unprecedented insecurity, and disrespect for the rule of law. The party has just spent 8 years. Imagine what will become of Nigeria if APC gets another 8 years, when agberos will have national impact. |
A government that cares less for education will care more for anti-education. It is left to you to list what you think constitutes anti-education, particularly under this government. Meanwhile, APC is like a curse to this country. We believed them, and they are dealing mercilessly with us for believing in them. |
Unfortunately, but respectfully, this is a rubbish excuse for the failure of the APC government. |
This fight is better than the last one. Congratulations to Usyk. Joshua made me proud this time. |
Flets:Hope the Falconets will make us smile again. Me na vex I go take vote against APC. The disappointment don too much. Our female basketball team qualify for world cup, na so this APC government make dem no go the world cup. I dey vex true true. Make election reach. |
It is under this APC government that I hear failure boast of success. The truth be told, APC is a failure. I feel that APC will be hoping on massive vote buying, thuggery, and declaration of "inconclusive election" to try and get result in its favour. But Nigerians are wiser. |
You lied, and for you to succeed in this your assignment, you are going to lie more. |
I don't understand why politicians find it very easy to lie, particularly the ones in this government and the party in government, that want to lie their way beyond 2023. |
How much of the loan used is judiciously used for the purported infrastructure? Can revenue from the various infrastructures repay the loan? Stop comparing Nigeria with US, UK and Canada that have working systems. Nigeria elevates persons above system, and corruption is the norm. |
zerobrain:I am OBIdient also. But let us not use this list to campaign. Let us be realistic. APC used a similar thing and FAILED woefully. Let the Labour Party and OBIDATTI bring out the manifesto that we will work with as OBIdients. |
Disgusting and oppressive statement from a party against a woman who has presented herself for service. What kind of party is this APC with so much shenanigan? May God help Nigeria. |
Cubalabloo:The highlighted part is what the thieving politicians want you to believe. But my friend, we are ready to take back Nigeria. Place your mind at "Peter Obi would win", because it means that Nigerians would won. And we shall win. Stay on course. |
Known fact. APC is like a curse placed on Nigerians. However, by the grace of God, we are willing to get out of this ruins. We cannot allow the curse to continue. OBIdient is here to actualize the dream. Let's Take Back Nigeria. |
I think Wike should move ahead and join the youths to Take Back Nigeria under the Labour Party with Peter Obi presidency. Wike will be useful as a Minister of Defence or Minister of Works under the leadership of Peter Obi. Governor Wike, please leave the PDP and APC to gnash their teeth at the end of the general elections. Join the new movement - OBIdient. |
I think Femi Kuti should have stayed out of this issue. People are tired of the mess the APC and PDP (though mainly APC) have put Nigeria into, and the youths have resolved to change the narrative, and Femi Kuti is saying the youths are "Zombies". I'll advise him to stay out of this. Peter Obi is the figure, and OBIdient is the movement for the youths to take back Nigeria from the corrupt, frail but insensitive and utter desperate leaders. |
Hope it is a joke, or more like FAKE NEW? Otherwise, Labour Party and Peter Obi should know that there is a thin line between failure and success. One vote can tilt the final result. A word is enough for the wise!!! |
Why do Nigerian politicians lie with ease? |
Congrats, and thank you to all our representatives. |
.....but is Tinubu well, trustworthy, and fit enough to preside over Nigeria? Do Nigerians truly believe that Tinubu has what it takes to lead with sincerity, love for the country, without tribalism, and lopsided favouritism? |
If he truly lied on oath, he should be disqualified in accordance with the law. My concern is not his political party or his personality, but the rule of law taking a centre stage. This is another test for the judiciary. |
IGP's directive recognized in disobedience by his officers. Law enforcement agents that have no regard for superior authority's directives and the law. SMH for Nigeria. |
Why will someone sign a legal contract, and breach it just like that? Did he notify the other party earlier that he would not be able to make it to the venue? Was the information timely? Is it that he went to Tanzania, but could not get to the venue on time? Why? If he breached the contract without any justifiable excuse, he should bear the damages that will follow. |
I hope nobody is harmed. But Sam touched the tail of the tiger. In this case, the tiger is the suffering Nigerians who are fed up with the insensitive, corrupt and bad leadership of the APC-led government. He should know that "Obi" represents the people of Nigeria who are fed up. |
APC should just go and sit down. APC has already been rejected by Nigerians. Next story please.......... |
Youngwiz71:People believed the lies APC told then, and followed their political masters in APC and voted for him the second time. |
Hisbah21:After all we have gone through, and are still going through in this country, anybody that still votes for party instead of competent persons is short sighted, and a slave to party. Vote for competent persons like Peter Obi. Otherwise, you will later foolishly say "had I known". Now, we have the chance. Let us use our chance fully, and deliver Nigeria. |
Kudos to the Super Falcons of Nigeria. They were resilient against the Moroccan ladies in spite of being 2-man down for over an hour. I blame the VAR for the red card against Ajibade. And of course, the Morrocan fans consistently used lasers on our players. Onumonu missed her penalty, but she is a fantastic player. Though I knew she was tired, which is natural. The coach was tactical. He knew when, and how to make changes. |
This is "the people" speaking loudly. It is not about a political party. Meanwhile, without Wike, PDP would have been insignificant by now. |
Without undue sentiment, I think during the Governorship debates last week, the Labour Party candidate was the best presenter, and appeared to know what governance means. The SDP and Accord candidates are next. In my opinion, the APC candidate was the worst presenter, and seems not to have tangible things to show what he did with the four years given to him by the court. He only hopes on incumbency, and maybe external influence to go back to the government house. |
It is an unfortunate development. When the news broke this morning, I was confident that he would be treated and get well. May peace be restored in this world. I condole with the Japanese for the death of their leader. |
Moh247:Truth be told. Peter Obi is better than the others. He has better plans than the desperate but clueless ones. The other desperate and clueless candidates will hire professionals to write manifestos and print billboards for them, but if they are win, and are required to implement their promise, they'll deny ever making such promise, just like what our current president did to us. |
foreshore:I think Nigeria lost because of the style of play. They were only playing long passes, that were not working. The players also loved being with the ball, but were unable to do so. Whereas, the South Africans ensured that the ball did most of the movements through short, but effective passes. If not for our wing backs, we would have conceded more goals. My advice is that Nigerians should play as a team rather than showcasing individual brilliance. Otherwise, the Super Falcons will not get the trophy (that is if they are able to get to the finals). South Africa's Bayana Bayana are technically better. |
