I just watched the video.
It’s easy to confuse what he said because he just finished talking about fine and prison time before mentioning 14 years.

I am a private school teacher and I know what I have achieved in the space of 4 years both academically and otherwise. So, when people say that they have been teaching for xyz years and cannot show anything for it, it baffles me.
