I solemnly agree, it is something a yoruba does not have testicular capability of doing. A yoruba woukd have claimed 'we treat everyone equal' then you lose guard, he stabs. A notherner will tell it to you in the face, at least you can stay on guard and have a chance to defend yourself. Buhari's statement is a truism that we all know but hate to admit. [s]It's a zoo where animals have unequal rights.[/s]
That's what people misunderstand about PMB's statement. The rights of all Nigerians are equal and inalienable, as provided and protected by the 1999 Constitution. Buhari intentionally empasized that the regions that gave him their mandate will accordingly benefit more from his administration was a political reality. It is not hate, not witchunting, not victimization but PURE POLITICS.

WombRaiders:
Let your Buhari probe as much as he likes.

If probes will stop Boko Haram, put food on your tables, build schools and make you happy and finally get sense then let Buhari probe away.
Probes will squeeze out scarce funds and entrench a culture of transparency and accountability.

Consequently, the judicious and efficient use of scarce resources will produce the dividends you mentioned.

It is a grand indication that your Fulani brother is about to set this country on fire. Now it is obvious that his pre-election threat to soak the nation in blood was meant. I fear for this entity called Nigeria. How did we fall into the hands of APC that sold Buhari to us.
The constitution protects each and every citizen in this country and so no one will be victimized.

I would be very disappointed if PMB decides to target/harass any region or group of people as is being insinuated.

One thing you have to understand is that the Fulani do not mince words. This should not be blown out of proportion.

The constitution protects each and every citizen in this country and so no one will be victimized.

I would be very disappointed if PMB decides to target/harass any region or group of people as is being insinuated.

The SE should be accommodated in the interest of peace and unity, despite their block rejection of the ruling party and its candidate.

Hopefully the region learns it lesson and realizes it can go NOWHERE without alliances, and the people are enlightened on the futility of politics of hatred.

LMAO. So the dude went mad thanks to Nairaland; not that he's been mad from his papa's house. Please, trace the history of tribal bickering on Nairaland. It goes back to Igbo; so if Nairaland did make Kanu go insane, he only has his people to thank.

PS: Nairaland also opened my eyes to things I had ignored for many years. I am not mad yet, but my eyes are well open now and I am more wary.
You can say that again. I have been on NL since 2007, and have witnessed so much tribalism, hatred, insults and anti-north sentiments from IGBOS on this forum that I had to create this moniker to defend my people.

Now some idiot sits on her dried and decaying menstrual flow to claim Igbos are not tribalistic scum. Nonsense.

We are part of the big 3 in this country and too big to be pushed aside....Hausa Fulani have ruled and still ruling now, Yoruba have ruled and even wanted to go for third term, even SS have ruled now it is the time for an Igbo-Nigerian president if Igbos are truly accepted as part of Nigeria.

If Buhari does not hand over to an Igbo man then Nigeria should split, we can start all over again, simple.
What alliances are you making now that will make that possible in the future? We both know no region, not even the North, can elect itself unilaterally.

Why do you need appointments?

I am not joking, I am serious.

You have governors,LG chairmen......what are they doing? Get them to work for you.

Same goes for Hausas. Just because your son is in Aso Rock...does not excuse your governor or LG chairman from working. Get them to work. North THE MILITARY ran this country for 30 years....and is still underdeveloped. SS ran this country for six years....and young people are still stealing oil to surivive.

Stop this sharing of national cake things. THERE IS NO NATIONAL CAKE!

infact ibo realy show their hiden hatered to north,sw in this 2015 election. Iam telling you that ss people has gotten over it, b/c to them gej did not perform, but ibos are still trying to litegate ss to hate hausa and yoruba
Most of the SS felt helpless that their son was being rejected (rightly for his incompetence, nothing else), so the Igbos took advantage of that to act brotherly by supporting GEJ, not realizing that they were doing so because they felt it was an Igbo presidency.

Examine their comments here, it's all about "GEJ built us an airport, he gave us appointments", not minding that the man did NOTHING for his region which is still as impoverished, undeveloped and damaged environmentally as when he first became President. Today, Kano State generates more than 9 times the IGR of Bayelsa. Fortunately for them their trick still works on the likes of dearpreye that still hasn't woken up to the completely selfish reason they supported GEJ. Is it not their god Nnamdi Kanu that is insulting the past president daily?

If they choose to, they can keep sleeping on the bicycle.
Politics › Re: ‘How Ex-NSA Dasuki Begged Tinubu For Buhari’s Ticket In 2011’ by fulanimafia: 7:08am On Jul 23, 2015
So Sambo is now shamelessly sponsoring people to beg the President by appealing to sentiments? First it was "I helped APC to power", now it's "I begged for Buhari's ticket ten years ago".

Mi ke damun ka ne? This is supposed to be an Army Colonel now shaking in the knees.

PMB has emphasized that even people within his party that laboured for his presidency will not escape the anti-corruption axe, not to talk of a questionable character that is under suspicion of looting billions and causing the deaths of thousands.

Is Calistus Obi the NIMASA DG that was recently appointed by PMB not an ibo man again?

I am tired of this perpetual whinning and crying. Moreso, most the ibos view everything threw tribal lens'. we have more than 300 ethnic groups in Nigeria, those who have been appointed/selected into one governmental position are less than 10.
It takes us back to the selfishness we were talking about.

What is SS concern in all this? They have been as represented in this government so far, they can boast of a Service Chief, the CBN Governor is still serving and the SGF is most likely to be from the SS as well as other ministerial positions.

Why didn't you ask all the Tiv, the Junkuns, the Esans, the Igala's, the Kaba's etc. to also get ready for war?

Once pmb became presido, they were the first and only group (shameful)to go cap in hand to beg for favors and demand. Now they say they have given up on himhuhMost confused set of people.
grin

...and that's how they'll keep pretending they are not aware of the appointment of Calistus Obi as the new head of NIMASA. You need to have seen the rubbish the ungrateful lot were spewing even with his appointment, they suddenly remembered that HE ALONE was appointed on merit. As I said earlier....

Bro, seriously, Fulanis especially the ones in Nigeria are known all over Africa and beyond as savages, killers, backward, uncivilized, unreformable and etc, while Igbos are known for their ingenuity both in commerce and Industry. Let me leave you with this question. Is there anything like fulani diaspora, and if there is, how much do they repatriate back into Nigeria economy. Fulanis especially the ones in Nigeria are are only good as instruments for destruction of Africa by Arabs and Whites.
