Till 2015 den, i dnt even knw if GEJ will b presented by PDP, but all depends on what happens btw nw and then, he has got more time to convince ppl.

In any case he is not running, couple with the supposed merger(if they wud allow it wrk this time), trust d PDP to present a 'sellable' candidate to counter the opposition.

My problem with the opposition is their regional nature, here in d north only enlightened ppl knws about ACN, APGA and others. What is popular here is PDP,CPC and ANPP. Imagine Buhari that wants to b a president but cud not campaign in most southern states, am sure most ppl in d rural areas there v never heard of CPC as a party name and he is busy claiming that he had votes there, that the 12million votes accounted to him was clean, while cases of underage voting in his favour was rampant here.

Until those parties cease frm being region champions, am afraid.... We ples our fingers for umblela.

Onlytruth: The only easy way for the ACN-CPC merger to snatch Aso rock (even if Jonathan is contesting in 2015) is to field an Igbo candidate, somebody like Rivers state governor Chibuike Amaechi (if they can snag him from PDP) with a NW VP candidate. That way, the East will be thoroughly divided with the larger chunk supporting Amaechi.
Remember that Amaechi is also "Rotimi" (if that helps to get Yoruba votes).

If the merger can also get APGA, it will definitely kill PDP.
I personally want PDP killed.

Amechi, Igbo? I laff in kanuri...
