"WE just got out of a meeting with APC cheiftans.
In this meeting, we had 'John Oyegun, Bola Ahmed
Tinubu, Atiku Abubakar, Rotimi Amaechi,
Babatunde Raji Fashola, Nasir Ahmed El-Rufai,
Rabiu Musa Kwankwanso, Abike Dabiri, Mamora, MY
HUMBLE SELF and some of our APC spies in the PDP. This meeting was meant to analyze how much of tax payers monies has been spent in the PDP, and to solidify our strategies to win the
Presidential elections come 2015. Our spies have been gathering information for us from "secret"
meetings the president and his team have been
cooking on the run up to our biggest Presidential
elections. I will only reveal some of our findings
from information collated from our spies, albeit
keeping silent on our response."

Unless we are blinded by the cobweb of ignorance, only then can we be pleased with the current level of development in our fatherland. Unless we have stupidly consumed the fruit of complacence in large quantity, only then can we be contented with the level of our national progress. THEY have been extremely successful in not cresting the concept of Nigerianism into us right from our tenderness largely because of their egocentrism.

Yet we remain Nigerians. We are Nigerians trained by Nigerian teachers (unless your parents could afford better), fed from Nigerian farm produce, nurtured by Nigerian parents and groomed in Nigerian way. Honestly, it will amount, on our own part, to a high level of civil brigandage if our zeal and quest to lift the Nation high falters away on the altar of any of self aggrandizement, ethnocentrism, outright insouciance and male-chauvinism.

We have all been sucking from the breast of Nigeria yet, little or no effort is made to replenish the seemingly drying ocean of milk we all survived on. We are always quick to apportion blame, to point fingers but our input to the growth of the society remain infinitesimal. Agreed that people with dwarfic sight have bastardised every working system in our gracious country but that will never be enough a reason to resign to fate, self resignation is graver than suicide bombing.

If you are a graduate of Economics and you have never in your own capacity addressed a large group of audience or whatever, on the need for redecimalisation of our currency in a bid to redeem our economic image globally, then your have displayed a highest level of ingratitude to the hard labour of your relentless teachers who strived hard to add value to you. If you are a graduate of Biology and you never deemed it fit to educate the general public on the need to embark on compulsory family planning by every Nigerian home to reduce the teaming population defying available resources, then the efforts of your tutors are nothing but an outright wasted adventure. What a sorry case!

You have made your instructors to labour in vain if you are a graduate of Law and you always remain indifferent whenever the right of an average Nigerian is trampled upon. It is, of course, a disservice to the profession of Agriculture if you are a graduate and doesn't feel the urge to feed us the need for diversification of our economy by advocating for the strengthening of Agriculturists.

Because some set of opportunists have almost misdirected our ship of development, our collective dream of totall progress seemed shattered and we become directionless. But we must wake from it, we must stand firmly undaunted and reshape our future to the envy of the global community. Proper orientation precedes every revolution. Stand up today and champion the course of generational emancipation, if not for anything but because posterity is NOT a careless observer!

I approve this message! Unfortunately the "owu" that permeates the land has caused most of our youth to reason along the same lines that the "geriatric scoundrels" that have run aground theirs and the nations destiny also do!

Most of them will soon descend on your thread and turn it into a "jingoists theatre of war" rather than reflecting on your synopsis! Keep it up anyway, "a river gets filled up from many sources!!!"

Suarez

Aguero

Let the argument begins....
Forget all these high fellows typing bollocks this early morning! This is the official shiznit:

1: AGUERO:

For his pure goals to game ratio, stamina, pace, vision,technique, influence on his teams play and accuracy with both feet when in front of goal! Capable of the sublime finish, the thunderbastards or the simple tap ins! Composure is 2nd to none, and seems to have a serene temperment! Never seems fazed by tackles or the scoreline! Only downside is he seems to have dodgy knees and hamstrings which always leads to his seasonal fitness issues and isn't too deadly in the air......

2: LUIS SUAREZ;

For his unpredictability, pace, dribbling skills, play making ability tenacity to seek out goals, stamina, vision, technique, superb free kick taking abilities and dope finishing! Can score every type of goal known to man but is also not a great header of the ball! Became influential during his liverpool days and is less influential this days at barca but is still an important cog in their devastating attack line! Downsides seems to be his temperment, which often leads to biting, suspension, racism or red cards!

3: LEWANDOWSKI;

The true definition of the target man he is! Not too pacy but his positional sense is superb! Add to that his goals haul, deadly heading ability, supreme finishing and his ability to hold up play while trying to bring in team mates to complete sudden counter attacking opportunities and you can see why "bayern and man united" wanted him at all costs when he was about to leave 'dortmund!' Downsides are that he is quite slow, temperamental and seems to get frustrated easily when things are rough but is also a bit of a big game player so its always good to leave him on the pitch to sniff out chances!

4: BENZEMA;

The perfect opportunistic striker! I personally preferred him during his golden days at "lyon" as I felt he was a more rounded number 9 at that time and used to score a lot of great goals! I guess age and playing with geniuses can make some players lazy though! Karim is a master at initiating counter attacking moves and sniffing out easy chances! His finishing is solid but he also wastes a lot of easy chances! Good header of the ball and has a bit of pace! He is something of a flat track bully and is always happy to make mincemeat out of easy opposition!

Downsides would be his constant journeys to the land of offside, vanishing in big games, wastefulness in front of goal and his questionable character off the field (rolling with rihanna while injured, prostitute scandals, blackmail etc) and seems to have minimal stamina hence why he is always the 1st to get subbed in real madrids front line!

"It seems those guys at united are not enjoying it. The fun is not there! In the last third you have to let the guys that can make the difference express themselves. It seems like at times, they cannot do that."

"It's well structured at times but almost too
much, too rigid, very predictable. In the last
third of the park you have to let those guys
express themselves. It seems like they are not
allowed to fly at times. We saw it with Angel di Maria. He was great when he arrived last year then suddenly it seems like he had to do some stuff that he isn't used to doing."

"I understand the Dutch way of playing the
game is you have to be in certain positions at
certain times but in the last third you have to
let the genius and the guy that can make the
difference express himself. It seems like at
times, man united cannot do that."

I have a question. ..

Considering the Nigerian setting, what is the best way to handle a verbally abusive boss?

a friend who usually got insulted by his boss was asked to 'leave work' the other day when he told the man to not insult him. According to him, the boss was cursing him so much he had to speak up.
How about a secret video recording of the said abuse(for evidence), sent along with a sternly worded letter to headquarters intimating them of the bosses behaviour?

These 2 chaps went hard, but I felt obesemf was more potent as regards painting a picture with words! Check these 'poetic bars';

"crammed it so hard, i could hit my head and hear the answers echo"

"till i noticed his pen top looked like it had been
fed to a tiger"

"_fuck a textbook, i'll rather read the label on
the Henny"!

The range of emotions from the various graphs were impressive! Sometimes funny, other times sad, tinged with regret and redemption! It captured the essence of what this tourney has been about FOR ME so far!

But then jason21 comes in with these haymakers:

"but now it’s cancer callin/ an ashtray full of my favourite sin …..memories of the last pack
played again/"

cracked me up completely……like bob and
whitney/ my life was a misery….. ”the curse”,
my father used to call me/ ........."

"saw me surrounded by winged creatures/
they are sons of the light/ awesome and
bright…. one said ‘this one has been dropped
off to die/

it appears he was lost from inside/ his sins can
cost him his life/ but we shall get the boss to decide/’...i was so touched that i cried/ ’Lord, I’m lost without ur guidance, please clean up my life/"

Jason21 stayed on topic throughout each graph and his poem took me back to "snoop doggs murder was the case" on some levels, (dear god I wonder can you save me?).....near death experience, angels, a convo about your destiny, cancer? Men, the issue worry the guy! And I felt his pain........

SOLID SHOT:

“Van gaal even said united were not ready to win the champions league? When you spend £250million, to come out and say that is quite astonishing really. You look at that team and think they should have had a plan B, plan C or plan D, but it doesn’t even look like they have a plan B. He sends Fellaini on and puts him behind the striker and they just pump it up to him. For a club like United doing that, it surprises me.”

“Now they are in the europa league! It’s embarrassing. Listen, I was in a squad that went into the Europa League and it’s an embarrassment. You don’t want to come out of your house or walk around Manchester. You see people looking at you and thinking you’re not good enough, questioning you as an individual and as part of a team.”
