All state generates funds which is the IGR and receives a monthly allocation from the Federal Government. By the way, Lagos generates more 70% of the VAT generated in Nigeria which constitutes the revenue FG shares among states.

Biafra and Nigeria isn't the same. Biafra says it's 100% Resource Control... Be it IGR or Mineral Resources. Biafra is for stronger federating units and a weak center.
