From the NDEs I have seen, demons do torture those in hell. All of them I have seen said the same thing. If you are in the midst of demons, you think they will leave you alone? The condition of Hell also adds to the torture they feel there as well.

It is a pity that a lot of them will find out way too late after Death. It is expected. But for the others who get to experience NDE even though they are Atheists or unbelievers, they never come back the same again. I have watched an NDE from an atheist. That man had to change and believe in God and Jesus by fire by force. These NDEs are intentional to wake up Christians from their slumber and bring more people to God and Jesus.

One thing people will need to understand about Hell is that the torture that happens there isn't from God. Every wicked and vile person has no place in Heaven. This is why Satan and his fellow angels were cast out. It is basic common sense to remove what is evil from a place that is Holy. Therefore, a place has to be made for the others that aren't Holy. The man in the Op explained that alienation from God means everything Good, pure and loving will be stripped away from you. This was what was happening to him as he was falling into Hell. There is a hedge of protection we have now that we are alive from God so that we can show Love and compassion and exhibit good to others. Once you made that decision to alienate from God and Jesus, everything will be stripped from you and you will end up in a place that fits your present condition.

Now why are demons torturing people in Hell? Because Satan and the demons and fallen angels hate humans with a passion. We were created in God's image. We are just objects of envy. Satan and his fellow angels are Only interested in using Humans to propagate their agenda. Once they are done with you, you go to Hell. People need to watch testimonies from Ex Satanists who have given their life to Christ. They expose these things. It was when they realised Satans Hatred for them that even serve him that they realised what they have been doing is wrong. So, when such a person goes to hell, demons will torture him/her to the fullest degree. The man in the Op felt that hatred when he was there. Why is It that people suddenly become interested in the afterlife once they are on their deathbeds? Because regardless of who we are or our beliefs, we all know there is Life after death.

We call it myth only because it is delivered through oral tradition. After thousands of years, historical facts delivered through oral traditions would be regarded as myths.

If for instance you yourself never wrote a book, and you depart this world without anything written about you. Someday, your existent would be regarded as a myth.

The fact that many ancient cultures hold this myth in their tradition is evidence that something like that took place. It happened. The striking similarities between the narrations also prove it happened as these stories are not told by people who sat down at the same table to formulate the same myth.

When in Hell and you see different people there, you will know why each of them are there because you are in Spirit form and your senses are multiplied much more than when you were in physical form.

There are Near Death Experiences where people were taken to heaven which ties in with Lazarus resting in the bossom of Abraham. This was because of how they lived their lives before they died. They all met Jesus and Jesus would show them instances where he was right there with them right from where they were little kids.

There are no second chances in Hell. This was a common theme with all the Near Death Experiences I have listened to. When several people are telling you something repeatedly to change or to leave a Cult, it could very well be Jesus sending those people. There is not much time left. This is the warning from Near Death Experience Survivors. Once you die, the end.

My brother, Jesus has told us how they would respond to such testimonies. In the same rich man and Lazarus story you shared, the rich man had pleaded with father Abraham to help send Lazarus into the world to notify his brethren in the world about the reality of hell, "so that they would not come to this place." The Lord Jesus in wisdom responded:

“He said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead'

And that's exactly what is happening whenever people share their NDEs. The Word of the Lord Jesus is the TRUTH.

Now, consider the preceding verse 6

How do you reconcile verse 6 with verses 10 and 11?

The similarities further confirms the truth of the Bible.

There were 3 brothers in their ark. All three would share their stories with their children. The story would spread from each child to several generations. Different versions of the stories would arise with the passage of time since it is being passed down by oral tradition. But the bottom-line of the story will remain true - that there was once a flood that erased the whole world.

While satan has infused the story with lies by telling the human race that a god destroyed the earth with a flood because men made too much noise, the Bible made it clear that God Almighty destroyed the earth with a flood because of sin and wickedness. Satan does not want to discourage anyone from sinning and doing wickedness, so you can expect him to lead people astray and tell them the flood happened because of some noise while he also tells some others that there was never a flood.

If the flood story was only found in the Bible without having any extra biblical counterpart, we might have reasons to question the Biblical narration. This is because, the Bible alone cannot be the only source of information for an event that was witnessed by the whole world.

It is a lack of sound judgement for anyone to disparage the Biblical account just because it is found in other myths. The myths further confirm the Biblical narrative. They do not negate it in anyway.

If other trivial issues such as lying or bearing false witnesses are recorded in the 4,000yr history, then more incidences of people being stoned for rape would be recorded.

Assuming we have 10 cases recorded in the Bible and other extra biblical sources, that's a sure suggestion it frequently occurred. The historical records were clearly detailed with events occurring in the time of each King or Judge. There are details of sentences passed for different crimes. If a crime frequently occurred, it would be recorded more than twice for quite a good number of Kings who reigned during a 4,000yr period.

That's how prophecies are given in present tense at times. Sometimes even in past tenses! Are you new to the scriptures! There are many prophecies in scripture like that.

This is another future prophecy that was made in past tense!

Isaiah was particularly known for giving his prophecies this way. Infact, the whole of Isaiah 53 was written this way, and there wasn't any contemporary human Isaiah was referring to at the time of that prophecy.

So, you ignored every other part of the prophecy which Hezekiah didn't fulfil just because the prophecy was made in present tense? SMH.

He had the vision in the days of those kings. He didn't solely have the vision about them. Isaiah 1 to 66 were prophetic visions of Isaiah from the reign of Uzziah until the reign of Hezekiah. This only helps us to place the date and time when the prophecies were given, and not who the prophecies were about.

Read 2 Kings 18-20. Show me your own proofs

Of course 2 kings 18-20 is not a new passage to me. Now let me show you my proof in the absence of yours.

Let's look at the passage again:

Isaiah 9:6-7

"For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end."

The opening sentence here makes the child a special gift. Not just an ordinary child. A gift from God. "Unto us a child is given."

Now, in what sense could Hezekiah be regarded as a special child or a special gift from God? It was his mistake that prepared the ground for the Babylonian captivity of Israel (Isaiah 39:1-9). His child Manasseh and his grandson Amon were the most wicked kings Israel ever had.

2. and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Hezekiah was never called by these names or titles. These are God's names and titles. The titles were to be borne by a man upon whose shoulders the will government would be placed. The government is a human government by a man who is bearing God's names and titles. This makes it messianic.

3. Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end.
The government has endless greatness and endless peace.

Hezekiah s government had none of this. There were turmoils during his reign. He didn't have endless greatness or endless peace. For someone to have endless greatness and peace, that person must be endless himself. Hence, an endless king is implied. Only the Messiah can be that endless King.

Even when Isaiah berated Hezekiah for opening his treasures to the Babylonian emissaries and told his the repercussion of his actions. What was his response?

Isaiah 39:5-8
"Then Isaiah said to Hezekiah, “Hear the word of the Lord Almighty: 6 The time will surely come when everything in your palace, and all that your predecessors have stored up until this day, will be carried off to Babylon. Nothing will be left, says the Lord. 7 And some of your descendants, your own flesh and blood who will be born to you, will be taken away, and they will become eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon.”

8 “The word of the Lord you have spoken is good,” Hezekiah replied. For he thought, “There will be peace and security in my lifetime.”

He was satisfied as long as he had peace in his own days. He cared less if there was no peace in the days of his child! How can endless peace be attributed to such an one.

The passage is messianic and has no reference to Hezekiah at all.
