The violence shld be condemned and gej shld live up to his responsibility as c in c to quell the crisis. Its a shame that their were signs that this was going to happen and the government didn't do anything.but let's also talk about who started this crisis in the first place.if you notice a lot of northern emirs and leaders(pdp) in the north cheated their people  and in  connivance with  goodluck ebele jonathan  to rig the eletions in the north, hw do you explain gej getting 428,392 votes in katsina state.if you notice,in almost all northern states, gej has a steady and perfect share of 25%.is it a coincidence or something fishy is going on somewhere . Now who is to blame for the violence, why didn't you tell gej to stop using money politics and highwire manipulation, isn't he smart enuf to know the north is volatile, the same way there was wild wild west n the south west , why is he instigating violence in the north by putting together one of the most sophisticated rigging heist in nigerian history.When the people in zaria protested and almost caused a breakdown of law and order,because the emir of zaria received a 500 million gift from gej.didn't he get the picture.gej has been bribing northern elites and has carried out a sophisticated, yet almost believable electoral heist in the history of nigeria. You people don't know the high wire meetings gej had to manipulate the elections n the north.Your man who promised to transform nigeria, has transformed the electoral landscape into money politics,high wire rigging,falsified results, etc . Now its backfiering on him.

your call for security armed forces is understood. But remenber GEJ is seen as the problem now. Giving military orders might not be the best possible solution now especially from someone they are protesting against.

The Northern elite (Buhari inclusive) can quell this if they REALLY want to. Just as much as they can start religious riots. Anyone saying that they cant is just being disingenous or dont really know how politics is played in the North.

CPC followers were bound to start a fight with their primitive thinking no matter the outcome of the result. Buhari should have taken it upon himself to appeal for calm from his followers knowing there was no way he would win the election. In fact, someone like Bakare should be in jail for calling for wild wild North and stimulating sentiments during rallies.


All the trouble states have to be on lockdown for at least one month to control this menace.

Posting abusive and inciting comments will not help anyone. Personally I did not support GEJ but I strongly believe what has happend is the hand of God.
People voted for HIM is an individual NOT PDP as a party and I believe he understands this and my believe is that now that he has four full years he will do
everything within his power to make Nigerians happy and not PDP.

Let us Pray for him and give him the chance. At least he has disappointed the skeptics by giving Jega a free hand to conduct this election in a free and fair manner

For many years we clamoured for change, I now know we are not ready for the change. while we wait for another 4 years of hopelessness, stealing, looting, incompetence, unfulfilled promises,deceit etc, I hope all of you that voted for the   status-quo will learn and release yourselves from the misrule of PDP.
Very soon hunger and poverty will unite the oppressed and they will liberate themselves from the money launderers,selfish, incompetent,and confused leader

Does Buhari even have a facebook page? At least GEJ does have a facebook page. Not that having a facebook page is material to being a good president, but it does indicate that GEJ is willing to embrace new ideas and technologies, which is reflecting in his embracing privatization.
Buhari is old stock and used meat. He would not embrace any new ideas, especially anything deemed western and anti-Islam.
Vote for GEJ. Vote for a new era, not recycled meat.
